Unable to sign in...also requests a four digit code my Prescription has a alpha numeric code...does not take it...

Living in a rural area means I easily miss doses or repeat sites because I literally cannot use myBETAapp except when I've got internet access.

They don't even make the old paper log books anymore.

This is deplorable.

High risk for error and adverse events like necrosis from losing method of tracking injection sites.

WAKE UP, BETASERON!!!!

Reliable internet service is NOT accessible for everyone!!!!!!! It is a LUXURY!

FIX myBETAapp so it's useable again before the medication itself becomes unusable!

WHY DISABLE THE OLD APP? Had used this app for years with no issues. Now Bayer has has gone from providing patients a service to gathering data points for their business gain. What a disappointment Bayer has taken away a patients choice and demand we assimilate to big business needs. Bayer has shown me they care only about their data points. I tried using myBETAapp , but after inputting to much personal information and lot numbers and Bluetooth sync, I’m done with it all. Bayer’s decision with myBETAapp made my choice an easy one. I’ve made an appt with my Neurologist and will be switching meds. Bayer, you really don’t care about me you just want data points.

I see where people have complained for years about the inability to customize the rotation schedule. I was taught one way changes in 2006 and somewhere along the line that rotation schedule changed. myBETAapp won’t work for that schedule and so for me it is useless.

The fact that so many people have been complaining about it for so many years and nothing has been done to fix it makes me doubt the commitment of the company to the patients paying well over $7500 for 4 weeks of medication

Diagnosed in 2011 and the original myBETTAapp is the main reason I bought a smartphone... and it has consistently been the most important app on my phone. It was perfectly simplistic and not over engineered. But I do not like the new app. I dont like needing a login, it's shady. I don't like the nagging for Bluetooth, also shady. I don't like the interface, its way over engineered with way too many worthless options. I don't like that I can't just keep using the original. I don't like that I'm leaving a negative review for an app that has been so important to my wellness.

Maybe you don’t understand. It does not matter what sign in is saved.

I said it does not recognize the LOT for the meds. The LOT number is a manufacturer serial number during production. When myBETAapp will not recognize this .... and you cannot sign in because it does not recognize the LOT.... it then becomes... Utterly useless when myBETAapp does not recognize the LOT numbers to verify your meds. Then you cannot use myBETAapp at all... cannot even access support through it once this happens.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I cannot even get into myBETAapp despite several weeks of effort. I registered, but never received the email to confirm account. Tried "forgot password" to try to prompt another email, still no email. Tried to register again, can't because "email already in use". This is ridiculous. The other app was great! I guess I will have to go old school on a paper calendar. Very disgusted with this!

I didn't want to leave a star at all, but that wasn't an option. I am extremely frustrated with myBETAapp. The old one worked perfectly fine and if the information sharing was the main reason for the change, I'm sure there would have been a way to add something to have that functionality on demand. I have used the old app for years and have very much depended on it when my memory didn't serve me well for remembering the day or injection location.
I don't really use Bluetooth so have been recording manually in the new app while testing it out. But when I did connect the other day just to check it out, myBETAapp removed all my injection data from the days that were manually recorded. The fact that I injected was still listed, but none of the site or time information was there anymore.
But THE WORST thing about his new app is that it literally does not work when there is no network connection. So in airplane mode or in areas with no cell coverage (which happens here in the CO mountains or WY plains) and no wifi, myBETAapp does not even open.
So now I have to write down and take paper reminders when traveling, camping, etc.
Personally, I could care less about Bluetooth connectivity with my injector or whatever sharing options there are, but I do understand that this may be important to some people.
Having an app that is 100% network dependent, however, is unacceptable to me.

The old worked so well. If it ain’t broke... I hate having to type my email and password every time!!!! With MS memory and dexterity are issues and ugh myBETAapp is suppose to help and the new one has made it harder!!!! Who needs Bluetooth my doc doesn’t need this and who talks to the nurses at BetaConnect that often!!!! PLEASE CHANGE THAT I HAVE TO LOG IN every time UGH!!!! Loved the OLD APP!!!

myBETAapp is unusable for me since it won't even let me log in. It won't accept the lot # from my Betaseron single injection box to prove I take the drug. What kind of person would be logging onto myBETAapp unless they used Betaseron. Miss the last app and now I don't have one. Back to using my own calendar. What a total disappointment.

I was diagnosed in 2004 and was prescribed Betaseron. I used it for many years until my health plan wouldn't pay for it and I had to go to another drug. I continued to use your excellent app to keep track of my injections. Now I find that I can't use the new app. Thank you for your lack of consideration. I can't find another app that does what your app does.

I use this application every other day when I inject. myBETAapp is not syncing with my injector. What do I need to do? I recently updated myBETAapp .

I liked the old version, it had an alarm that you could set and it went off as a great reminder. Now there isn’t an alarm all you get is a quick sound and an email :(

I was using myBETAapp but now I cannot because I updated my iPhone with the latest update iOS 11.1 and now it doesn’t work. I can’t even sign into myBETAapp .

I depended on the old version that had the alert sound. The new version needs to upgrade, restoring the alert sound so I don't forget to shoot up.

App is super easy to navigate and use. I like the Bluetooth option, but only turn it on when I am about to give myself the injection. The thing that irritates me with this new app is the notifications. I have it all set up in myBETAapp and in my phone settings, but I still don't get the notification.

Won't let me sign on doesn't recognize password. Useless. After using a different Mixject number was finally able to get everything in. Now it's really kind of cool,
synced with my betaject, but the set up was very frustrating.
