EarthLink is problematic across all platforms, and myEarthLinkMail is no exception. If I hadn’t had this email added since 1994, I’d ditch them. I could initially log in, but then I only got a “failed to authenticate” error. For the brief moment I was able to access my email, I saw that it was impossible to mass-select emails for deleting. You have to tap on every single one. It also seemed to lack other basic sort functions. I was hoping myEarthLinkMail was better, because emails do not delete off the server (even when this option is selected) when using iPhone’s native email app. To add insult to injury, I pay monthly for this. Again- this email is my only unchanged contact info in the last many years, so I want to keep it. But even that was not originally EarthLink, so I can’t give them credit for that either. It was a small company that was bought up.
