Cannot access block option

I pay for the privilege of using EarthLink only because I’ve had the email addy so long that it’s on all my business and finances. The app is useless. I can’t even use the block option not once because it’s not optimized for mobile and the windows overlap and I can’t access the block button. When I tried to access HELP it simply kicked me to the old People PC page with dead links. I can’t access my inbox or setting there to even attempt to block a spamming address via full website. I’ve reported it for spam about 20 times yet the spam catcher lets it go right to my inbox.
Poor response time

I’ve had EarthLink for awhile, was able to access emails successfully without any problems on my iPhone 6. I upgraded to an iPhone 7, and unfortunately service has been just awful. Response time in retrieving new messages takes a long time.
It’s quite embarrassing when I’m on the phone with a client, and they send me an email and I have to explain to them that the service is slow.
As a result, I find myself having to go through google to see and retrieve my messages.
As other reviews have stated, I love the spam blocker, which presents me from dealing with unauthorized emails on my account.
Please EarthLink our please hurry up and fix problem. Thank you.
Worst app ever

I have had EarthLink for years. While I have really liked it on my desktop and iPad, the app for my phone is the worst, most troublesome app I have ever encountered. It has always been buggy, but something changed within the last few weeks and it is horrible. It takes forever to load my messages, if they load at all. It keeps crashing and I have to keep trying to log back in. Half the time I delete the app and then reload it. I have a GMail account and app and I never have these problems. For what I pay per month for my internet through them plus additional storage, I should be able to get an app that works.
