How to fix Strongbox app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Strongbox app on iPhone
Update Strongbox app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Strongbox iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Strongbox on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Strongbox network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Strongbox Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Strongbox not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Strongbox App
1. On android, goto Settings » Strongbox » click [Force Stop]

Update Strongbox to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Strongbox App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Strongbox » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Strongbox.

Fix Strongbox unable to contact server/ Strongbox internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Strongbox » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Strongbox » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
