1) Support does not respond, messaged THREE times: - Used in-app feedback function to report problem. Included everything - ID#, device, etc. - Emailed help@redacted TWICE. Same info as above - 1st report July 9th. Until now no response 2) The problem I messaged about: Does not let me register my email. Thus cannot redeem, SPC store is empty
