Don’t bother

I downloaded this app because I was paying 207 with Geico. I filled everything out and was told “your monthly payment will be $155” I told the rep “cool my insurance ends with Geico Friday (which it was Monday)” she told me the price would be locked in for me Friday rolls around and she tells me “oh well since you waited the price went up to $195 a month” I was confused because she promised that the price would be locked in I ask about a military discount she told me yes it would move my payment down to $145 a month. Thought it was a good then so I start the process she then tells me “there is a $40 fee to start this policy today” I thought it was weird but paid it next billing cycle rolls around and I’m being charge $195 for the policy I call back and talk to a new rep they tell me that their are notes or any proof she promises this payment to me. I was dumbfounded then I ask to get out of the policy on grounds I was lied to then they threatened me stating “if you don’t finish the policy we will make it difficult for you to start another policy at a low rate” so if you download beware they don’t care about your military status and 95% of what they tell you is a lie. Worse insurance I have ever had I would recommend the general over this place

Best App To Find Coverages

Honestly I thought this App was a joke when I first seen it I did end up downloading the app and putting my information and then I got a text saying will have an agent get with you shortly I did text back with DO NOT CALL ME just because I thought it was one of them places where you put your info and you got all these agencies calling you back to back... we’ll let me tell you they never called me lol because I said that but did get another text with a great quote! My agent “Tommy” was outstanding he never pressured me he was there helping the whole way to get the best quote And answer any and all question that I had In terms I could understand. I got a quote that was outstanding for my husband and I We were paying over $400 a month and now $150 a month ... Now that’s what you call a OUTSTANDING SAVINGS!!! Just so everyone knows I’m not A spokes person I do not work for this company I’m just a hard-working mother looking for the best quote for my family and COVER made that possible for our family thank you Tommy are advisor for being so great and helping us find the best quote. What are you waiting for go download in the App Store COVER !!!

Jeff was a super huge help. He was able to answer questions and had great customer service like I was chatting with a friend. I had no idea what insurance I could get with the best price and this app felt like a long shot but was thoroughly impressed. I had the option to text instead of call which handled my anxiety quite nicely, they got my insurance cheaper by $75+ easily, matched my policy and got me more discounts than I could even attempt to get elsewhere. I was amazed by what rate they initially gave me and lowered it even further by $30. Turns out his manager used to work with my old insurance company so they know the ins and outs! The call took barely 30 minutes and by the time I was done I had to ask what insurance I was with because it blew by me so fast, and it was with a reputable company so I honestly have no worries! Again, Jeff is amazing, my mind is put at ease, and I feel like this couldn’t have gone any better! Look forward to working with you Jeff! Keep up the good work!
