After two years with them I left
I signed up to Aircall when we had an office team of 4 and it allowed us to use Twilio sip trunk to send texts to Front since Aircall doesn’t support SMS. It was alright at first but the cost was always higher than others. They do have a 3 user minimum as well. The problem was their phone app was buggy and they have lots of missed calls. The phone app didn’t always ring and had to be opened every day to make sure it rings. Still got a lot of missed calls and crashes. Their support is subpar at best but not as bad as Toky. Recently they updated their iOS app to the “new and improved” version but it it’s 10x worse. It constantly logs you out. It is very laggy. It takes a 3-5 seconds of wait time before you can switch between tabs. They took away multiple features and you can no longer save contacts in the iOS app nor do you have separate screens for call History and missed calls (or to-do). They completely botched it up and I left them as of yesterday.
Incredible product and app
Aircall makes my day so much more efficient. I use it with my Front instance, and it is also tied into my Salesforce license. This means that any communication, in any channel is already logged and categorized without any effort. Even better- calls are routed to me specifically because of the geographical area they are from, which eliminates a lot of busy work and manual handoffs. While this had some bugs earlier in the year, I haven’t experienced anything in months.
Worst app ever. Stay far away from Aircall (2 yr user)
I’ve used Aircall for two full years now, and the entire time has been a frustrating experience. Not only with the mobile app, but poor customer support, and a product team that adds and removes features on a whim with no advanced warning. I would not recommend anyone rely on Aircall for your business. After 2 years I’ve had enough, with the final straw being that they just removed the “to-do” feature with absolutely zero warning. I relied on this as a critical feature, and now BOOM it’s gone. This is a really bad company overall, and just have gotten their millions in funding from investors who don’t know any better. Stay away from Aircall.
Update is super buggy!!
The new app takes 30 seconds to load sometimes, disconnects while you are on the phone, doesn’t show you company all history which the old version did and is absolutely needed for my use case, and does not allow conference calls!! Can’t have the app open if you want to receive call on your cell when you have week signal, you actually have to leave the app closed and not have any of the call history features in order to receive calls on your cell phone. Oh, and those incoming calls aren’t free. Seriously considering a switch.
Good tool on the go business calls
I am a casual user of the Aircall app but when people call me on it I can see their contact info whether it lives on my iPhone or in my company’s CRM. Easy to use and pretty similar to native iPhone functionality.
Laggy and awkward to use
After a couple months of Aircall last year, we dumped them. There is such a delay in talking to people it makes having a conversation so hard. The app itself was a buggy mess and really never worked right. Support advised me to never use LTE... lol. What’s the point of this then if I have to be on WiFi all the time? Even on WiFi, there was zero difference in the quality of the voice call or the experience.

I want this to work
The iOS app doesn't work and is difficult to recommend. This is a phone service app. But when people call me it doesn't work. Literally I hit answer and the call doesn't connect. More gotten than not. When you ask support they tell you not to use the iOS app. Let me repeat that - they tell you not the use the iOS app! It's absurd.
Keeps on crashing and missing calls
I reached out to support they said they are overwhelmed with support tickets (so I should understand them) It’s kinda stupid, I pay a lot of money for this app and I am out off the office now is exactly when I need the app and really not interested to hear they have a lot of support tickets I want the app to work basic functionality and it’s not
Do not use this app
The amount of bugs in this app is mind blowing. I cannot believe we are still using this service. Logging you out hundreds of times a day, hanging up calls in mid conversation, not showing notifications on missed calls, not showing call history, poor service, poor communication, the list goes on and on and on.
Aircall is awesome and I love being able to use the mobile app on the go. It makes my life so much easier, especially when I’m out in the field. 10/10 recommend!
This app is pure garbage
If I miss a call I can’t pickup the next call unless I close and reopen the app I cannot listen to my message on the app now, have to listen to on desktop client Caller ID integration to CRM works on desktop but not on phone app And stop asking me if the call quality was good, I hate using this app and will be asking my company to switch to another service
Latest version for IOS does not have To-Do List
What happened to the To-Do list? The latest version works well but they took away the best feature for organizing your call log. Please bring that back.
