Love watching this app programs but SBS just doesn’t work. I’m in the USA and my internet speed is pretty good considering, but I can never get a single video to play. Within 2 seconds of starting, it lags and doesn’t play forever (I mean -15mins) at which point I just give up. All of this after watching about 4-5 ads. This is complete trash.

Can’t open SBS . The messg ‘cannot connect internet’ pop ups to block me out even my internet connection has no problem!🥶

Nothing plays on my iPhone.

Crash all the time & too much commercials. No wonder it has bad reputation.

Severe lag, countless ad although a free clip. A clip never played but ad did continuously. Just deleted APP, so disappointed.

Very laggy. For a paid service there shouldn’t be any lag. I have services that are free and work perfectly.

in the beginning SBS ran very smoothly, but now the videos don’t play.

Why is SBS so slow and half the time it doesn't even work. And i pay for this service!!

The older version of SBS that I used 8 months ago allowed me to Chromecast to my TV. The latest version does not have option to Chromecast. Get rid of the podcast option and bring back Chromecast! Not restarting my monthly subscription until this is fixed.

Only plays ads and no video. Forever stuck on ads and can’t view any shows.

It is so laggy. Literally had to rewatch the same 3 ads and still couldn’t watch the program. they should fix SBS or just delete it.

Even though you have a korean phone number, you cannot watch any videos because you live abroad. 😩 I think SBS is only for residents in Korea.

Sometimes I can log in, sometimes it tells me that same ID and password are wrong. Sometimes it emails me a PIN, most of the time it doesn’t. Sometimes the PIN works, and sometimes it doesn’t. It is a nightmare.

It’s so irritating, and in the end, every time o refresh to watch something, I don’t get to watch it and watch thirty ads instead. Bullsh*t.

I tried to see some of free program but making me keep see this creepy ad and program does not start. Hoping to see the program so kept tried but never seem to work. Wasted it too much time and frustrated it. Uninstalled. SBS should be remove.

Worst streaming platform ever. It lags so bad.

Registered in US and paid to watch a VOD, but SBS takes over a minute to start the video that constantly stops every few seconds. It became so frustrating that I only watch for a few minutes.

Good thag i can watch some shows here but it keeps lagging even with good wifi connection
