Hi, we have been going to Blaze Pizza after church probably twice a month. On this last Sunday, I requested to have my pizza extra well done and it came out and it was very much on the light side. I actually had the girl upfront write it on our order. So I took my pizza up to the counter and explain to the lady that was sending out the pizzas that I requested to have my pizza extra well done. She took the pizza from my hand and actually threw it into the pizza oven and did not say anything else like I am sorry that it wasn’t right or anything. It was terrible customer service Besides that happening, my son had a build your own pizza also and they somehow lost his pizza so he had to go back through the line again and re-order it by that time everyone else was done eating. I am not sure if it is because of this location, which is the one we usually prefer or just the manager that was working that day, but it was very disappointing to say at least. This was actually the first problem we’ve ever had with that location. I am also a business owner and customer service is number one. I hope that this problem is addressed in the proper way. My wife received a $5 off coupon today on her Blaze apps. We walked into the store in Arcadia CA on Naomi, ordered and walked to the cashier to pay. We show the apps to the staff and scan the promotion. It did not go through after several tries. We showed the staff member again for the apps and it clearly shows that what we ordered can get that $5 off. We checked the promotion again and it says, other way to use this coupon is to show the staff the promo code or have the staff type in customer's phone number. So, we showed the staff the promo code and she refused to type in the code. She only repeatedly said that if the system is not taking it, there is nothing she can do. We tried to communicate with her again, just type in the code and it should work as it says in the apps but once again, she said there is nothing she can do. It is not about the $5, we felt that this staff member did not want to help us for whatever reason. we actually felt insulted. She rather let customers left with a bad feelings and throw away the pizza we ordered which was already in the oven, then to help us resolve. I strongly suggest you should look into this as this place, on Naomi, in the city of Arcadia CA, has been very inconsistent. Some of the staffs do have certain mood and attitude. I went to Blaze pizza on Saturday March 4th in the evening as I'm a frequent Blaze visitor! Everything was ok until Sunday morning I woke very dizzy and had stomach pains resulting in diarrhea! I tried to eat something thinking this might make me feel better but it didn't as I threw up many times until I was dry heaving!! I believe I had food poisoning!! I can barely walk a straight line! Something on the toppings laying around was contaminated and this was a dreadful experience!! Felicia
We visited Blaze on Nov 20th. I still haven't received anything on the promotion on the free mystery reward.
This business refused to address a hostile employee and threw me under the bus when I complained. Beware of who you are dealing with here. There are better places to go to buy pizza where you are more welcomed and treated with dignity.

I have been going to blaze for over 2 years and love their pizza. I used to use the app all the time. Recently I went to use it and told there was an update and I was signed out. I couldn’t get back into my old account and lost all my rewards. I made a new account and tried to order twice and was signed out again and was not given any confirmation that my order had gone threw. I called the store to place a phone order finally because I was so frustrated. Only to get to the store to find out one of my online orders did actually come threw and I was charged for both. I wish I was kidding when I tell you this app charged me 5 times for the same pizza and when I asked the store to refund me I was told I needed to call my bank. To add to it all once I finally got my pizza the middle was not fully cooked a issue I have never had before with blaze. Overall terrible app and experience and my favorite pizza place just turned into a place I’ll never visit again.

It was my first time ordering delivery from Blaze Pizza and I was so mad. They use third-party deliverer and put a wrong address. The correct address is not even printed on the receipt on the pizza box.
There was no "something wrong with the order" button or customer service in the app. There was no way to find the store's phone number. There was no way to track the order either since the link they sent me opened up to blank page. It only showed that my order was "delivered" while it was actually not.
The deliverer called me but he said it was against the rule to change the wrong address to my address. I had to go back to the store once. After going through so much trouble I finally got my order.
Thanks for ruining my day Blaze Pizza.

This app constantly signs me out and won’t even recognize that I have an account through Facebook. Try to reset password but a reset link is never sent. Eventually singing in through Facebook just works even thought for the past 15 minutes it says that I don’t have a Facebook account. So I manage to log in. Ready to place my order and the field to place your credit card info isn’t even able to be selected. So I leave my card to try to checkout again and hopefully I can place my payment info. Nope I get logged out all of a sudden. 10/10 app I’m sure it’s used somewhere out there as a torture device.
