I called about 8mins after I had place my order to add something on and they still hadn’t received my order yet. It took almost 20mins for it to get to them which is honestly ridiculous. I only order online & other pizza delivery businesses don’t have that lag at all. Also, it automatically sets your delivery time for an hour out and you can’t change it earlier. I called and asked what their current delivery time is and it was 25mins but if I ordered online it was at least an hour. I’m sure that lag has a lot to do with it and really should be fixed to make ordering on it more accurate. Otherwise the changes so far are more user friendly but they took out the option to write notes in so I can’t ask to substitute mayo for Italian dressing on my order and have to call every time I order on JetsPizza anyways to have them adjust it and bc of the lag I sometimes have to call multiple times bc they haven’t received my order yet. It’s very frustrating and has caused us to order from jets less to be honest. :(

Very user friendly and easy to actually get your order set up, as well as your account and delivery info. The interface is fluent and easy to maneuver for anyone. You can also save your card for future payment to speed up the process. JetsPizza will also save your past orders, so if you want to order the exact same thing you can do it with one click. Or you can edit a precious order as well.

Oh yeah, you can place and order for a future delivery, same day or days later, which is a fairly cool feature if you ask me.

Anyway. The reason it gets 4 stars it is glitchy when you go to actually submit your payment. On every occasion it has taken at least 2 or 3 attempts for it to go through. Which always makes me anxious about being double or triple charged for one order. That being said that is not happened to me, but every time it glitches out on be payment screen, it makes me nervous.

Overall, it works well. But, on the last page you see before placing your order, you should (1) be able to edit tip (I wanted to add .72 to a driver’s $4 tip to make it come out to an even dollar amount, but would have had to navigate back through JetsPizza ’s earlier pages to adjust) and (2) be able to confirm the delivery address. It listed my phone number, order info, payment... everything except address. I’d like to be able to know that I typed in my address correctly before sending my order. Other than that, I’m still looking forward to enjoying my amazing pizza in about a half hour’s time. GO JET’S! I LOVE Jet’s Pizza! I downloaded JetsPizza because of a promo I saw for purchases made through JetsPizza . It wasn’t terrible, but it was a slightly more frustrating experience than calling or just placing an order online. Papa John’s definitely has you beat in this arena. The page with all the different pizzas should have descriptions of what toppings are in those pizza with the ability to customize to the max. I also wanted to do BBQ sauce on only half of m 8 corner, but that wasn’t an option and there was nowhere to leave a note. App glitched when I was trying to submit the order and gave me a random error. I didn’t change anything, but tried to submit again and then it was fine. Can’t wait to chow down on this ‘za!

Overall it is easier and faster than calling the store. But there are some things that need to be addressed.
1. You have to schedule a time for delivery and it cannot be less than 1hour. I want it made and delivered ASAP!
2. With card payments it ALWAYS gives an error after choosing submit but if you choose submit again (and verify the time of delivery (see item 1)) it typically works. This happens EVERY TIME!
3. On the IPad it is easy to mistakenly add ingredients when scrolling. Twice I have added anchovies by mistake so be careful.
There should be a rewards program like Papa Johns.

It used to allow you to request a delivery time as soon as possible, but now it gives you (usually) an hour out as the soonest time, and when you checkout it prompts you saying, “This order is set for the future, is this correct?” Your only options are to accept it or it takes you back to the order screen but there are no other time options there. I type out “As soon as possible please!” in the comments, and they call me, confused. I tell them as soon as possible isn’t an option on JetsPizza , so they say they’ll deliver it sooner. Then, the delivery person gets there and apologizes for it being a few minutes earlier than the time I requested. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Update the time function on JetsPizza , please!

So happy they added ASAP to this web app. Only complaint now is if I add too many items I can remove just one, I have to delete the entire line item. For example, I added a bottle of ranch dressing and clicked “add another” but accidentally double tapped it. Now I had 3 bottles. There was no way to drop it down to two bottles. Had to delete the entire line item, go to the menu, find the bottle of ranch, add it to the cart, then single tap add another. But that is rare and pretty minor. Good app and the pizza is the best!

TERRIBLE APP!!! You have to log in multiple times and enter your address multiple times. It does not save your credit card info so you have to enter that as well. Every time I use JetsPizza now, I select “delivery” up front on the first page. After every time I submit my order, my email confirmation reads for “carryout!” I have to them call and tell them delivery. It’s really annoying! They have to adjust the price (delivery fee) and take the credit card info that I already put into JetsPizza (cause it disappears). Most inconvenient! The first time it happened we were waiting around for over an hour for the pizza until I called. They advised it was delivery. Now I check every time after I place the order and then call. It’s really dumb. The pizza is excellent! FYI.

I love Jet’s Pizza, but unfortunately JetsPizza is terrible. JetsPizza seems like something from 2015 or even older and lacks nearly all features we expect now from a modern food delivery ordering app. It doesn’t seem to remember credit card information. It doesn’t seem to remember delivery addresses. There are no order updates or notifications when the order is on the way or when the driver is getting close. It doesn’t support Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other smartphone-based payment. The list goes on. It’s actually easier to order by phone. Really, Jet’s should be embarrassed by JetsPizza.

Not sure how JetsPizza even got through Apple review. It is so broken up between different web windows popping up from different locations as you navigate around the duct taped together websites. None of the options are actual “options”, they’re just URLs to different sites that Jets owns. Feels very disjointed and clunky.

Apple developer guidelines specify state that you are no longer allowed to have apps that are simply wrappers around a website. JetsPizza has to bring actual functionally to the user. An app like this is typically rejected by Apple review stating that it would be better served as a mobile friendly website instead of an app that you install. Not sure how this monstrosity was allowed through to JetsPizza Store.

I purchased their Meaty Pizza and one of the Jetzie sandwiches but I had never had one of the Jets pizzas before. I ordered online. It estimated 30 minutes for delivery. I really didn’t think they could make it! I have ordered from other pizza places and it usually takes an hour.
Here they were, right on time! The driver even had a cooler in his back that he used to cool the 2 liter! The food was great! Hot, and lots of the toppings I ordered. The grilled chicken jetzie is just wonderful. I order mine with extra chicken. The bread is what makes this sandwich sooooo good!

The build your own features make it easy: garlic crust, well done, light cheese, triple mushroom - perfection! I request you add “build your own” salad to JetsPizza ; I want way more stuff on mine :)

I was sleeping on Jets because it’s a chain so I figured it would be meh. BUT, they sponsored CBJ, so I tried it. It is my favorite pizza of life now.

Zero star app if I could rate it that way. How worthless can an app be?!? I don't understand why people are giving this great reviews! I click on delivery and then it takes you to a spot where you either input your address or it knows you from logging in already. After that you choose order online from the applicable store. From there, it takes you to a website where you have to log in yet again and once you get to the very end, the order fails with a reason of order type was not defined even though you chose an option on JetsPizza . The website itself doesn't give you an option to choose it other than asap or later. No delivery or carry-out. Worthless worthless worthless!

Of all of the pizza apps out there, without a rewards program like Dominos has, it is still far more efficient to just call the order in. JetsPizza works ok, but if you’re not familiar with the Jet’s Pizza “lingo” that describes and identifies most of their unique offerings ordering can take some time. Usually I just call in the same pizza that I have been ordering for years, but JetsPizza sent me down the rabbit hole trying to figure out all of the other things that they had to offer and it ended up taking me 20 minuets to generate an order. If you speak the Jet’s language, JetsPizza is likely not suitable for you.

Not horrible but could be much better. There are too many screens you have to go through before you can log in to your account and even then you are repeating steps you’ve already been through (such as delivery or take out and entering your address). Credit card info is not stored even if you click the box to have it stored. Basically I can order quicker and easier from other chain pizzerias. I choose to go through the hassle of JetsPizza because I like the product.

We just signed up on my phone and ordered a pizza. Since it took me so long to complete, we did arrive about 5 minutes early. It was already ready! We were so glad even though it said it could possibly be a few minutes late if it was a busy time. The cashier was a sweetie.

JetsPizza is super buggy. It suggested “text to order” for a discount... JetsPizza was unable to initiate the text so I used the phone number and manually created a “hello jets” message. It prompted me then for my order. And directed me to a website to complete the order. I paid and tipped. It told me 50 minutes. Then asked me to review it... at that time I thought “this is great” and gave them 5 stars. An hour later, no pizza. My credit card had been billed ... I called my local jets they had no idea of the order. And lamented the text to order feature. .. so zero stars if I could.

Overall JetsPizza is easy to use and follow, thought I’ve ran into a bug. I wanted to order 8-corner pizza with 1 topping, where I wanted an extra cheese on 1/2 of the pizza (cheese as topping), and pepperoni on the other 1/2. No matter how many times I’ve tried to do this, JetsPizza gets stuck in “load” stage. No problem with doing he above with other toppings (well, I’m assuming this as I’ve tried different meat toppings and veggie toppings without any issues).

Pizza great! App not so much. First, it locked up and wouldn’t open drop downs. Had to kill it and restart. Next it gave me an error that my email address format was bad. It wasn’t but clearing it out and retyping got me past that error. Next, I got a bad card type error. Again, it was correct but reselecting the same card type from the dropdown got me to the review order screen and I was able to finalize my order. The website is much more reliable for ordering.

Food is great, store personnel are super (Pompano Beach). The delivery is frequently slow and the mobile app needs serious rework. I’d recommend reviewing what you’re competitors are doing.

Problems using app on my iPad:
Can’t delete old addresses
Can’t get it to keep my new address once I type it in, or select it from previous drop downs (we order jet pizza across the country when we travel...it retains every address f o r e v e r.
Why do you start by requiring an address instead of a LOGIN?
Frequently when checking out after entering the payment info the screen rolls back to the order page - no error message, the order isn’t placed, it just wanders back to that page and requires you to enter ALL your payment info again, and again.
I’ve got more but since I don’t even know is anyone is reading or cares, I’ll leave to you. For now I’m deleting your app.

JetsPizza no longer works as shown in JetsPizza Store, despite not having a recent update. Now it only lets you choose delivery or carry out, no login, and it takes you to a screen with a horrible Google Maps image with “for development purposes only” written all over it. Underneath is a list of stores. Choose one, and IT SENDS YOU TO A WEBSITE IN SAFARI. What did I need an App for? On the website, it doesn’t seem to remember my account, and I had to set a new one up from scratch. Hence the thought... did you guys get hacked? Do I need to replace my credit and debit cards? This is waaaay sketchy, and you need to post info for your customers about what is going on.

Ordered a pizza at 6:59. Supposed to be delivered between 8 and 8:15. 8:30 I call and get a whole bunch of attitude. Apparently it was in the “deferred” until tomorrow pile. Ummmmm. What? Seriously??? Why did JetsPizza say 8-8:15pm then? Needless to say - Lakeview Chicago Jets has some serious issues.

Update. They made it right and I will order from them again. Not easy to write a retraction but they eventually got it right.

The “deals” don’t tell you what they are without opening each one and selecting the down arrow on each deal.

When paying, and selecting “cash” if you click anywhere below that, it brings the credit card option back up (even though cash is checked) and won’t allow you to proceed b/c the credit “card info is invalid”.
