I tried to use my rewards points to pay for a 16oz monster energy drink. I selected redeem on the coupon in app like I always do, and it added the checkmark indicating it was added, but when I checked out at the register it did not deduct the monster. Now I have 300 pts (I accidentally added the coupon a second time trying to get it to work). I don't want to lose my points. Receipt says transaction 462474 at Racetrac 266

Beginning about 45 days past not all transactions resulted in points. I had emailed my concerns but no reply. Last week my app locked me out and I tried repeatedly to log in with no positive results. 5 March all day when I attempted to use my app at Racetrac location an error message repeatedly appeared. I did ask a store manager were there IT issues. She said to delete the app and try again. After 4 attempts I gave up. I will try at another time, it is getting to the point of being very frustrating. Thanks Jim
