When I add items to my cart, the payment button disappears

Total Wine app keeps crashing, even after deleting it & reinstalling
App will not let me add items to cart.
Mine stopped working on the iPhone weeks ago. I just logged in to the website on my laptop. However, the same credentials on the iphone produce invalid addy or pw.
All I get is the green Total Wine screen and no more. The loading screen is all I get, waited several minutes, closed it tried again, restarted the phone, same thing.
The total wine app is not working???
When I touch the icon to open the app the first screen opens for a second then closes. It won't open and stay open.
App has not worked all week when I go to check out it spins
App crashes as soon as I open it. Message says there is a problem, and I should download the new app when it is fixed.... If it does open, I get a circle that keeps rotating. I tap on anything to execute, and nothing happens. I have uninstalled and re-installed.... still same problems.
Does not let me check out. Happens multiple times. Spinning wheel of death
My app is hard if not imposable too open, &sign in, I try & open it in the store it will NOT! When it first came out it worked fine, I don't know what they did, it sure the hell is not better!!!!!
It does not allow me to use my credit card online at all
checkout will not allow me to use more than one gift card at a time. I have multiple cards that I want to use for one order.
