Wow… I see now why this app gets such lousy reviews. I’m unable to sign in, despite repeated tries, deleting and reinstalling tge app, reaching out to support who informed me that THEY couldn’t do anything from their end (REALLY?!?) so they were going to delete the original account and I could start over. Ummm… nope. (Insert sarcastic laugh)
I tried and used my other email so I could sign in using Apple. No go. It took the info and just scrolled on and then quit, leaving me at the same screen to hit the “apply” button or whatever to have it do the same thing over and over again… just like before. NOTHING WORKS, including support. I get useless emails, which I might as well send to spam. I still have a Sheetz card from when I lived in Pittsburgh, and my app will still work as will my more than 11 year old card. I have no problem with Speedway, their app or card. I don’t have a RaceTrac card, and I sure as heck can’t use the app… and apparently the “guest” support people can’t either. It’s a real shame negative stars can’t be given.

UPDATE: Don’t call your rewards “DAILY” if you’re unaware how we, as a society, demarcate “days.” I used the app on Thursday, it’s Friday, it’s been Friday for almost nine hours, why can’t I use it?
After 2 years I achieved the Sultan level and I’m supposed to get a free cup of coffee everyday. Well, apparently there’s a 24hr countdown before I can use it again. So if I get coffee at 8 am Monday, I have to wait until 8 am Tuesday to use it again. Well, life isn’t like that. Sometimes I have to be at work at 9, sometimes I have to be there at 7. So those are the days I don’t get to use the app, and even though I have “daily” rewards, I can’t use them daily.
If the app would update at a specific time, the problem would be solved. But I have zero expectation that they will do anything.

I spent a few years to become a sultan of soda, which means I am suppose to get 1 free soda coupon per day. The delivery of the coupon is inconsistent and I never know when I will get it. I haven’t used the app since Friday, which means I should have a coupon to use, right? Nope. It currently shows I do not have any coupons. I regularly send emails for help to get the app to work properly. The responses I have received in the past are: coupons will be mailed to me (I’m still waiting), and to uninstall and then reinstall the app. Really??? If it wasn’t for my sultan of soda status, I would have stopped shopping at race trac a long time ago. Please, please, please improve this app and make it better.
Yes. I have logged in and out. I do that often. Most of the time it does not work.
