Textplus/nextplus not working. I am unable to get a custom number since months. Error msg says "oops unable to give you textplus number try again" have tried everything. Nothing works

Log into my textPlus but can’t seem to get a number for since months now, hoping the new updates will come out but since then till now no update and I’m currently running the app on iPhone 12. This app is currently going if not properly worked on, it got to a point I had to wiped, reset, uninstall and install, did lots of things but still same and I am not going further since the app is not working properly so as to not damage my phone, thanks.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent textPlus app issues:

Force Stop the textPlus App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click textPlus app. » click "Force Stop".

Update textPlus to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear textPlus App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "textPlus app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch textPlus.

Fix textPlus unable to contact server/ textPlus internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click textPlus » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got textPlus » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
