Accepting Payment - Error for multiple cards used
Cannot sign into ventra app. Very frustrating. Just bought Metra tickets and can't use them.
I tried to retrieve a Metra ticket on my phone and it kept saying "it looks like you're offline" even though I tried going into my email and googling a couple of sites on my phone and there was no problem. Fortunately the train conductor let me slide without having to purchase a paper ticket. But I'm worried that it still won't be working tomorrow.
Keeps losing favorites, which I have to select again.
"Server Error, Try Again Later" all day. Can't buy tickets for a trip tomorrow.
All day Saturday and now most of Sunday, I cannot add value to my card.
When I open the app, on the landing page my favorite routes all say "No information available" instead of their arrival times. However, when I click on each route individually there is information available for upcoming arrival times.
Ventra Support team: Ventra application is working in Google chrome on my laptop; but the same login userid and password are not working on my iPhone Ventra app. I deleted the app on iPhone, powered off the iPhone. Then, I downloaded the Ventra app for ios on my iphone and reinstalled it and used the same userid and password. It gives the same error: Something went wrong...... Server error occurred. Please try later." I am trying this since last month and a half and no support from Ventra. The customer support team says we can't help you!!!!! Thanks, Hemendra Mehta (Cell: 630-697-4195)
