It suddenly started saying my password isn’t correct. When I tried to reset my password it said it could not send a reset email. There is no way to contact customer service to resolve this unless I log in.
couldn't even complete one assessment for all the times it couldn't load the next question. Had to quit after another"oops" that didn't follow up with a repeatable response; no eay to continue. I will probably try again but do far, this is useless.
App demographics & info is not working. I could not establish an account.
Really like the overall idea but after I set everything up and was ready to take the assessment and clicked the button to do so, it does nothing. Shows the button is being pressed but takes me nowhere. From both the Home Screen and the track screen. So it is essentially useless if I can’t actually track anything because PatientSpot is glitching.
Can’t even get registered. Went through several times. Good luck with your efforts.

Why is it so difficult to register. At this point, PatientSpot is not for me.
This is a great site, but the questions seem to be repetitive, and an opportunity is not given to give an accurate description of pain. In my case I have a shoulder Impingement which I could not adequately explain in the symptoms section. It would not be considered a flair.
Arthritis Power is a great tool for tracking your RA symptoms. It's easy to use and can be shared with your doctor as well as to help other people who suffer from RA. Every time I go to see both my Rheumy and GP, I bring the reports from Arthritis Power, so they can see how I've done since my last appointment. It makes it much easier to insure I don't miss something.
In addition, the data gathered from patients who use this can be used for a variety of research projects to help fight this disease with statistically relevant samples.

I like being able to keep track of changes in my pain levels, fatigue, sleep, etc so I can look for trends. I’ve used my assessment data multiple times to share with my rheumatologist and pain specialist. It’s a good visual to show invisible symptoms.
Very helpful app to track symptoms and outcomes to share with researchers (anonymously) and my doctors and nurses. Finally my invisible symptoms can be graphed and viewed! Thanks CreakyJoints!

PatientSpot is very useful to track medications and symptoms. The report function is really great because it shows a snapshot of everything I’ve logged that I can show my doctor. I highly recommend this to anyone that wants to engage in their health on a deeper level.
It's like a new app! Version 2 has significant improvements over the original release. Love that I can search my meds and that I can make notes regarding what's going on! I also love that it tells me how long each assessment will take and how they're tailored to my answers! If you have arthritis, download this now!
This is a wonderful update to PatientSpot. PatientSpot in and of itself is great. I love the fact that I can track my symptoms. I can track good days and flares. I can track my medicine over time and keep up to date on news and research opportunities. The update is great because it makes the form and function so much more user friendly!
One thing I noticed with my OA was that some days I felt ok and other days horrible. I just couldn't really predict. PatientSpot was easy to use and helped me track my symptoms easier so I could get a better sense of my symptom patterns.
