How to fix Yettel SRB app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Yettel SRB app on iPhone
Update Yettel SRB app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Yettel SRB iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Yettel SRB on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Yettel SRB network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Yettel SRB Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Yettel SRB not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Yettel SRB App
1. On android, goto Settings » Yettel SRB » click [Force Stop]

Update Yettel SRB to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Yettel SRB App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Yettel SRB » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Yettel SRB.

Fix Yettel SRB unable to contact server/ Yettel SRB internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Yettel SRB » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Yettel SRB » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Yettel SRB
