How to Cancel Yoti

I used this app for the first time today. Had no issues going through the steps and I live in the US. Just follow the instructions and wait for the notifications saying that the next step is ready. The scanner did change my birthdate by one number so after a nice email exchange the information was updated. Overall I’m happy with how this app is performing with an account that is not located in GB. Thanks!

So I download this app because I wanted to get verified on Yubo I start it give phone number, agree to terms and then I get hit with a 5-pin(by the way make it like 4 or 6 not 5). It guessed I’m 19 but I’m 17 I don’t have a pass port, drivers license, or a ID. So because I don’t have one of these I can’t enter in my gender, birthdate, or my own name. I have a birth certificate and a drivers permit. Also the biometric stuff is all out off wack I did that face word scan thing and it took me 5 times to do. Also how it take like 3 times on add photo to tell it was me like what?! So if I could someone from the dev team to let me put my name, date, and gender that would be nice. Also it said some 13+ how can a 13 year old possess a drivers license, passport, or state ID.

I just downloaded Yubo yesterday and I saw in my profile settings that you had to verify with this app to get the yellow check mark thingie. So I downloaded this app and got passed the 5-digit password no problem. But then when I tried to fill out my info, it said I needed a physical ID card. I only have a permit so I used that. Two problems: 1, my card is made vertically but the scanner is horizontal. 2, I tried two times to get my card reviewed and both times they said that it wasn’t approved. What the heck is up with that?? Both pictures came out perfectly! It could be because my card is printed vertically but you can still clearly see the text. Why can’t I just enter my stuff manually?!? Having to take a picture of my card is SERIOUSLY STUPID AND UNNECESSARY. And, having to be verified on Yubo is also SERIOUSLY STUPID AND UNNECESSARY. But I think if we were able to enter our info manually, all of us would have a much better time, and you would have much better ratings and reviews. Facts. I hope you guys take this into consideration because at this rate, no one will download this app or Yubo. I will be deleting both or them. 😡

You guys ask for too much I’m trying to have fun on yubo but I can’t because I need to verify with this app it’s really dumb to be honest I got blocked today because of it and who’s identity am I gonna be taking a Pokémon’s identity I don’t think I can shape shift but since everyone thinks I’m not a person I gotta download a dumb app for another one after being blocked several times for it it’s honestly annoying to have apps like this you guys wanna change identity fraud but why use it on a app where no fraud could be made why waste it something that is not needed you guys are just trying to make money out of these apps paying you for services that aren’t even needed yubo is an app to find people and make friends but is not possible if I keep getting these dumb blocks there can’t be any identity fraud in a app that mostly has 13-17 year olds that just talk nothing is gonna happen you just a make bank easy for literally doing nothing

I think it’s pretty stupid how this app doesn’t support vertical id’s, most of the users on here are teens trying to verify their yubo account, and most of us are not over the age of 21 (where your id is supported on this app) I’m pretty sure most users do not have anything other than that and getting a hold of my passport is a no as my parents keep it locked away for only vacations and whatnot. But seriously? I can’t use my provisional drivers license? That’s kind of retarded and I think you should consider supporting our permits and starters driving license cards. For now I will make sure I never use this app and hopefully others realize this app is as stupid as I think.
