Used to be great...

I used to love this app. I just came back to it. Now it won’t sync at all, and apparently it doesn’t work with Facebook anymore, which is all I really used it to sync with in the first place, so it’s pretty useless to me now. Update: I received a message from the app developer. This is due to the new Facebook API, and it does not allow them to access this necessary information from Facebook anymore. They have tried everything they can to make it work, but are not able to at this to time. Great communication! Great app!

Facebook sync Fixed but...

Facebook sync for me was fixed but for some reason when I recommend this app to others (family members) they get a message that says Facebook unsupported. I’m not sure why they are getting this. Also I’d like to see support for business in the contact updates. I keep a number of business in my contacts and the businesses have Facebook pages but there is no option to link them to my contacts.

Not updating contacts

I’ve been using this app for a little over four years. This app has been buggy since Nov 2018. It won’t sync to my facebook or IG accounts in order for me to get my contact photos. I’ve deleted and reinstalled this app and still the same issue is present. I’ve updated this app when updates became available for my iPhone XS Max and still the same issue. This was my favorite app until November. Please fix this app!

Sync me app

I love this app a lot.. I’ve been using this app for a long time and it helps me with a lot of things.. I never had problems with the app or anything until this year.. before whenever I opened up the app I could do everything and wouldn’t freeze.. But Now whenever I open up the app and I do something for a second the entire app freezes on me.. it’s like it freezes or has a glitch or something then after a little but then I can use it again.. ALSO Now with new update they don’t have Facebook to sign into like they had before.. and I like how you had Facebook to sign into

Bad connectivity

All the time when connecting it always will open the app but then when trying to use it, it always will take at least over 5 minutes or more to be able to use the app itself. And then when you do, it will take at least another 5 min or more to be able to enter the numbers for spam. When trying to update the numbers it takes as long if not longer to open the app and get your updates updated. It is fine other than that. And yes I make sure to have the app updated to the newest available version.
