How to fix Sync.me app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Sync.me app on iPhone
Update Sync.me app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sync.me iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sync.me on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sync.me network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Sync.me Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Sync.me not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Sync.me App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sync.me » click [Force Stop]

Update Sync.me to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sync.me App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sync.me » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sync.me.

Fix Sync.me unable to contact server/ Sync.me internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sync.me » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sync.me » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
