How to Delete TVision from your iPhone or Android.
To delete TVision from your iPhone, Follow these steps:
Method 2:
Go to Settings and click on General then click on "iPhone Storage". You will then scroll down to see the list of all the apps installed on your iPhone. Tap on the app you want to uninstall and delete the app.
For iOS 11 and above:
Go into your Settings and click on "General" and then click on iPhone Storage. You will see the option "Offload Unused Apps". Right next to it is the "Enable" option. Click on the "Enable" option and this will offload the apps that you don't use.

3 years agoFor a out two weeks steady and 3 months intermittently I have had to log into to Tvision each and every time I want to watch it. THEN THE ENTIRE TIME IAM WATCHING IT ITS BUFFERING!!! WHAT GIVES Tmobile?

3 years agoThis system is terrible! When I installed it, it made me reactive several times, always jumping back to the reactivation screen. Finally T-Mobile locked me out of my account because of the many times I reactivated, which is what it said I had to do. When I called customer service they had no idea how to help me. NONE. I was transferred and placed on hold so many times with zero help. 3 hours later I gave up. Taking it all back!

3 years agoThis is the worst customer service I Jane ever dealt with. I am a sprint customer they added the TVISION subscription to my sprint bill $ 55.00 a month. We bought the TMobile hub for hour TV. I spoke to one representative and she was able to get it to work. After a couple of days it logged itself off and I had to start all over again. I spoke to 7 representatives over 5 days and no one can fix it, I have never experienced such incompetence, I last spoke with them on. Friday and they said they would get back to me on Monday. I am so turned off I will be going to T-Mobile on Monday to cancel the whole thing
