For a month now my carGo application isn't working, i cant order a ride, when i start searching it immediately stops and reports that this service isn't available right now. Also new payments aren't possible. As i said this i ongoing for a month now, my money is locked in CAR , i have written to them two times and haven't received any answer, again i repeat paid for credit in CAR and i cannot use it. Not answering is unbelievably unprofessional from them and a behavior which is similar to regular cabs from which they say they better. Because of this, first ill probably start legal actions to get back my money, second to any foreigner that wants to get cab in serbia, because of the above things better just use regular cabs, at least there isn't chance that your money will be stuck in the application and unusable(we can pretty much say stolen). Im from Belgrade and it seems i must continue to wait for a proper cab service in belgrade, regular cabs are so expensive, this app go isn't working and have zero customer support, hope for a new third option.

You can only use phone number from few countries. If you are a tourist you have to find someone to let you use their number. CAR is useless, I tried to order a taxi a few times and could not get any, first of all it gives you estimated time of about 5 minutes and when you get a driver it changes to more than 15 minutes. I was in the city center, and I was assigned a driver that was completing another ride and it took forever, I had to cancel it. Then I tried again and it said no cars available, this is unacceptable since i was in the city center and it was in the middle of the day.

You can’t find a driver anywhere, but if you pay extra cache one will pick you up in no time. Moreover it’s expensive. They started as a company who wanted to offer better and cheaper service than taxi. They’ve called for the users to fight for the company when it was attacked by taxi cartels. Now cargo is same if not worse than taxi. Use taxi. They at least have better drivers.

In the last couple of months searching for the address has become unbearable. No more autocomplete for names nor addresses of the streets.

Also navigation and expectancy of driver whereabouts is slily now. I’ve had four times so far a situation where driver arrived at the wrong address because he got the wrong information.

Please fix issues I listed because as a regular client this is something I find equally as important and as annoying.

Stop sending me discounts on a daily basis, it’s really annoying. The cargo service is very decent but you are ruining my experience with CAR by sending me promo notifications without being able to opt out, so I have to turn it on to be able to order a cargo and then turn it off to disable unnecessary notifications!

And it went down the hill a year ago. Especially cargo butler, it is useless the last 5 months. They had a good thing going, it's sad. Cargo doesn't have minis, you always wait for cars, the drivers can be good or bad, they weren't able to maintain the standard they started with. Cargo buttler, lots of canceled orders, lots of mistakes, I transferred to Wolt because of it.

You launch CAR and you get an add “50% off food”. You click OK, and you proceed to request a this app.. but oh, there the pop up again “50% off food”. You click ok.. you switch to a different app and come back to see where your this app is at, but you cannot see the map because there it is again.. “50% off food”… oh the this app has arrived, you open up CAR to see where it is.. but NO, you get the dumb ad “50% off food” AGAIN! Ridiculous.. Please have your developers learn the basics of UX/UI development, and fire your lead developer.

CAR is okay. It needs a lot more polishing to be even close to Uber or Lyft, but it’s better than nothing, especially in Belgrade where fraudsters are everywhere.
Entering the destination address works horribly. I was trying for 20 minutes to enter “Kej Oslobodjenja 11”, but the only thing CAR was seeing was the generic Kej Oslobodjenja street without an address and nothing else so I had to manually play with the pin to move it close to the actual destination. This needs to be fixed.

It took multiple tries to install, activate, add credit card… eventually it started working and seems good but some messages are only in Serbian.

Things to improve:
-installation requires Serbian presence
- activation didn’t work with my US number, required CSR intervention
-doesn’t accept Apple Pay and the messages for Credit Card were all in Serbian. There was a false error message as well as, once, no paste support
- invoice is only in Serbian

Taxi service worked flawlessly though!!

Does what it’s supposed to do, but isn’t always great at determining pickup or drop off locations. Sometimes typing in the name of a place isn’t enough, you’ll need to add the full street address. Also would be nice if it sent notifications in English when that language is selected instead of only Serbian.

Fake taxis are a big problem in Belgrade. Real taxis aren’t much better. this app:go’s drivers are great, but 90% ask me the address even though it’s already input... 10% don’t show up at the right place for pickup even though the GPS dot is in the exact right place.. and sometimes they get lost/stuck and never come. If you cancel you get charged the 150 RSD fee even if they’re not at the pickup location. App needs mapping improvements.

In Belgrade this is the best ride you can get for such a low price. I'm his passenger from beginning and it's great how they become big and main topic in the country, and even better then they were. It's really service that is polite and always in time. Since this app go exist I don't need taxi anymore and I'm so happy for it 🤗

Excellent service and people! I would recomend this to everybody who lives in Belgrade. With Cargo you know who’s driving you, which this app is gonna pick you up, how much they’re gonna charge you. Easy way to pay!
Taxi is too expensive.

Be aware that most of the negative reviews here are written by Taxi associations.
If you want to pay fair price for Taxi ride in Serbia, to get new, clean this app without cigarette smoke or showered drivers then this is your ONLY and best solution!
CarGo provide excellent service with affordable price and that is why Taxi associations are trying, with negative reviews, to show CAR in negative way.

Keep up with great work! Your service made city transport easier to handle! You have the best support, I have lost my bag and in a few minutes I was emailed back with all the necessary information about the driver, and happily got it back. 👊🏻 go on!

Update: used it today and the experience is much better, so changing my rating as promised :)

One note - not sure how to rate a driver as I missed to do it immediately (even not sure if I got the option to do it)..

It asked me to add the card and one of offered methods was PayPal. I added the credit (paid by PayPal) but it still asked for payment.

Now I see I have credit there but too late. Will use it again and if it works as expected, no problem to change the rating ;)

Tried registering with my email it says I can’t because the email is taken,when I try to log in and choose forgot my password ,it says no email exist

I’m using CarGo for a month and I have all the best recommendations for it. You don’t have to worry about money because you can pay directly from card and the best thing is that is so much cheaper than taxi!

5x times cheaper than the taxi services in Belgrade. As opposed to the taxi drivers who often smell of alcohol and tobacco, cargo drivers are polite, tidy, and most importantly fair. Any tourist should download and use CAR while in Belgrade. Otherwise you will fall prey to our greedy taxi lobi.

Čuo sam mnogo kritika na račun servisa, najviše za to da GPS lokator ne radi vozacima i ne mogu da nadju lokaciju gde da dodju.
Ali evo po treći-cetvrti put koristim i sve mi radi kako treba. Tako da ste verovatno popravili to.
Sada par primedbi:
-kao sto je neko već spomenuo, treba imati ‘favorite’ tab gde će kućna adresa ili posao/škola/nešto bitno biti upisani za lakše biranje destinacije
-dobro bi došla opcija kao za uber gde može da se kupi kredit za vožnju unapred, i pri tom ostvari popust npr za 2000 dinara dobijemo 2500 dinara kredita
