I tried to register an account, but it said the email address is already existing . That’s impossible as I never signed up before. Tried several times even with another email address and it’s the same error message. Too bad, I was looking forward to an Uber alternative in Belgrade.

not possible to create an account. No answer by the costumer support, app therefor unusable.

A national mobile phone number is required for registration. Nothing for tourists, only for insiders.

Error 400 always appears if you try to register a new account…

Fault message every time email is already taken. Even with different unused email addresses

CarGo app is showing a bad glitch since yesterday. There is a sandwich icon that is constantly popping up. I was a loyal customer, however I’m afraid that I can’t use it anymore.

It says I already have one with the email address. Using the Forgot Password link tells me there is no account for my email.

Tried signing up. App keeps saying email in use when i am not registered. Forgot password does not work. Tried with 2 other emails, they show the same error. Horrible!!!

Every time I switch to the app to check if my driver is almost there, I have to click away a pop up ad for Mister D. Super annoying. Only using this app because there is no Uber in Belgrade.

Man, this app is a headache. First it claims my email is already in use, which is news to me. Then, when I try to reset the password, it’s like “Email who? Never heard of her.” Super frustrating experience. Zero stars if I could.

Same issue as many: I can’t register, error message appears.
Wondering why it has still no been fixed AND no statement from the app owner.

Once when you delete credit card, you cannot register it again. It says that it is already in the system, which means it could not be really deleted. Prepaid is nit working as well. The bill is not visible, instead it is sent over E-mail. Service itself is ok, but app is quite bad.

Its a sevice liker UBER for the balkan. Works great and it is cheaper and bether then using a Taxi.

Quickest, cleanest, cheapest and safest way to get around Belgrade!

So far so good, hope they continue. Hassles free ride, clean cars and so far all polite drivers.
