My camera is recording and is connected to my Samsung S21, but I updated the app today and now the app won't connect.
Does not connect to an iPhone 13. I tried everything that was suggested and it just doesn’t work. It connected to an android phone without a problem, but that was not my phone so it’s useless.
I had no issues using the Beam for the past year. Now, when I click the icon, it goes into Let's begin mode and ends up not finding my dash cam. The camera still sends messages after a drive but I can't connect my Samsung S10+ to view the videos. It looks like the latest update caused this problem.
I contacted cust service months ago was given a number for higher support have not been contacted since. HIGH NOT RECOMMEND! This was after 2yrs of owning and the warranty was up but they do even offer anything else so our loss
Getting into the car and start vehicle up when weather is cold or hot. Making noises sounding like it’s cycling. One of them stopped working on cycling noise. Sometimes powering off works. Other one doesn’t like cold weather, but stops after car warms up
While still getting alerts, found that the Nexar cam was not connecting to phone and providing video. Lost video, waste of money…
Nexar pro will not connect to my phone anymore...frustrating my have to buy something different now . Waste of money . Truly disappointed , will not recommend to no one
Ever since update in June I can't connect my phone to the camera. Reinstalled the app and now can't pair the phone with the camera. The camera still sends messages after a drive but I can't connect my Samsung S22 ultra. Support has worked with me and we have tried everything. Now they are going to escalate to support team
I've tried every instruction posted and my device will not connect to my phone. Their Contact Us DOES NOT WORK. This is frustrating!
