Online banking down. Does not work on ipad, iphone or mac. Telephone banking does not work either.

Cannot take photo of check to deposit through mobile deposit on app.

Mobile deposit app on my Iphone won't allow for pictures. I deleted the app from my phone and uploaded it again to try that as that is what a teller told me to do and it still doesn't work. What would be the fix for it?

Mobile app check deposit won't allow for picture of checks. It works fine on my 5/3 account.
