Mobile deposit app on my Iphone won't allow for pictures. I deleted the app from my phone and uploaded it again to try that as that is what a teller told me to do and it still doesn't work. What would be the fix for it?

How to fix Old National app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Old National app on iPhone
Update Old National app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Old National iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Old National on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Old National network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Old National Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Old National not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Old National App
1. On android, goto Settings » Old National » click [Force Stop]

Update Old National to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Old National App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Old National » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Old National.

Fix Old National unable to contact server/ Old National internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Old National » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Old National » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Old National
