Won’t Let Me Log In
The app refuses to let me verify my identity in order to log in, which has gone on for months with no fix. The “text” option is grayed out, and if I try the “call me” option it pops up a dialogue saying it can’t do that and I should basically just log in on the web. That works fine, but then what is the point of the app? I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but that has no effect either. An app that won’t let you log in is completely useless.

Slow and clumsy
I have done mobile banking as the treasurer of a number of organizations ONB is the least consumer friendly. I have contacted them about issues of not being able to see the checks I mobile deposit when I go on line. never heard back from them. Their mobile app is clumsy and slow. They ask for things no other bank asks for when I mobile deposit. I would stay away from them until they get their act together.

Used to be good
I used this app all the time but when I got a new phone it won’t allow me to log in anymore. It tells me to confirm my identity with a text or call but it won’t allow me to select the text option. When I select the call option it tells me that’s not available right now and to use the text option (which is unavailable). It has been doing this for several months now.
