PrimericaOnline won’t work for me, I tried on both my iphone and my iPad, I tried deleting it and loading again but takes me to a page where I have to click I agree or disagree,, I click agree an it takes me back the download page where I can click to open. I can understand that it might not work with my iPhone 5SE but no with my iPad Pro. Please help me

I will not attempt to use PrimericaOnline in front of anyone I am trying to do business with. Anything you recommend- trust me I’ve tried it. It’s buggy and glitchy and does not function the way it should. This thing needs a ton of work. Download it so you can get your field training bonus and then don’t count on it to function for anything important.

My notifications just spinning, I have reinstalled and installed but still in unable to view notifications. Can someone please help. I have an iPhone 12max pro.

My app has been having problems loading pages, and today it decided to not let me log into my app. I am able to log in to my POL online so it’s not my account. I’ve tried to restart my phone and delete PrimericaOnline and redownload but it’s still having the same issue where I cannot log in.

I’ve been trying for a week now to try to upload contacts from my iPhone. Once I get to qualify it goes back to start screen n says no Data found

I have had PrimericaOnline now for the past month. It works well some of the time. The most annoying issue that I have been experiencing is when I try to access a link, the dreaded waiting circle starts spinning and never stops. I literally have to close PrimericaOnline , delete PrimericaOnline and then reinstall it in order for it to work again.

This has been working fine for years but as of the last 30 days I haven’t been able to access PrimericaOnline from my iPhone. I’ve deleted and reinstalled several times to no avail. I can only access the “Primerica App” from the POL desktop webpage. This is an inconvenience to say the least. Please fix this issue.

I use PrimericaOnline in my IPhone and IPad and I always have to turn it on and off several times to get it to unfreeze! It’s so inconvenient when I’m in the middle of a quote or policy!

When PrimericaOnline works it works amazing! I’m running it on an iPhone 13 pro max on softwar 15.3.1 and PrimericaOnline lately has been getting stuck on loading and server crashes to the point where I can’t even run a quick quote. Sometimes it even says there’s no active license. Please fix ASAP. It can be annoying when trying to run a quote on the spot and PrimericaOnline doesn’t work. Makes me look super unprofessional.

Every time I try to open PrimericaOnline . on my iPhone it says user ID/password invalid.
I’ve tried a new password with only letters and numbers, I’ve deleted PrimericaOnline . and downloaded again, I’ve turned my phone completely off. I need PrimericaOnline. to function.

Primerica application stop to works in my IPhone X; but is working in my IPad, every time that I try to log in says invalid I’d or password; I uninstalled and reloaded and not positive result happen, I reset the I’d and password and nothing

Can you guys make it more convenient for with the contact adder & instead of downloading Activity maximizer I can just use the Primerica App to set everything , what I would like for you guys to change is the contact added because I have trouble finding my contacts and you guys don’t have an option or search bar when adding contacts unlike Activity maximizer they do making it easy to add contacts please take this into consideration in doing so I would really appreciate it.

PrimericaOnline makes me more money than any other app on my phone! The functionality is amazing and it’s even easy to use!

I love PrimericaOnline and everything but PrimericaOnline would be great if we can turn in IBA’s which would be a whole lot easier. Other than that I love PrimericaOnline!

Last update it doesn’t let me see my score and my score competition for the month including the challenge score. Fix that problem please

Please fix app when I close it and open it freezes and I have to close PrimericaOnline entirely and restart it to continue quoting or anything else

I don’t receive any notifications from my team when they submit an iba or even a life app
