- Incomplete without the ability for employees to complete and submit their timesheets within the app.

- Letters are the same colour as the background.

- Need to install a second app to submit expenses.

- Half hearted attempt to be hip.

Employees were using Xero me App perfectly fine to enter leave (including sick leave). For some reason this month they can still enter Annual leave through the app but the option for sick leave is not there anymore. HAve checked settings in employee profile and they alll have access and nothing has changed. What has caused this and how do we resolve?

I've been having this exact same issue as Emily but was using the app for a long time, suddenly it stopped working properly only a couple weeks ago. "I installed this a few weeks ago as this is what my new company uses. I haven't had to use the app before but now when I try to open the app it closes within a second or two. I have tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions below - updating, restarting phone, uninstalling and deleting app and re-installing it etc but nothing has worked. The app still crashes. Really frustrating."

How to fix Xero Me app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Xero Me app on iPhone
Update Xero Me app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Xero Me iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Xero Me on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Xero Me network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Xero Me not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Xero Me App
1. On android, goto Settings » Xero Me » click [Force Stop]

Update Xero Me to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Xero Me App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Xero Me » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Xero Me.

Fix Xero Me unable to contact server/ Xero Me internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Xero Me » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Xero Me » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Xero Me
