Employees were using Xero me App perfectly fine to enter leave (including sick leave). For some reason this month they can still enter Annual leave through the app but the option for sick leave is not there anymore. HAve checked settings in employee profile and they alll have access and nothing has changed. What has caused this and how do we resolve?

I've been having this exact same issue as Emily but was using the app for a long time, suddenly it stopped working properly only a couple weeks ago. "I installed this a few weeks ago as this is what my new company uses. I haven't had to use the app before but now when I try to open the app it closes within a second or two. I have tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions below - updating, restarting phone, uninstalling and deleting app and re-installing it etc but nothing has worked. The app still crashes. Really frustrating."
