I have a problem with Xero Expenses

- The app does not recognize the credit card being used.

- The app does not remember the expense type used for the spender last time.

- It takes about six clicks to enter one single receipt.

- The app is not useful for recording expenses used on the company card.

- There is no way to put a period on the mileage tracker.

- The app is expensive at $60 per month.

- The app cannot read all invoices.

- The app does not allow assigning an expense to a credit card.

- The app wrecks havoc on the team's reimbursement process.

- Expenses tracked in the mobile app do not show up in the desktop app.

To resolve Xero Expenses network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Xero Expenses App
1. On android, goto Settings » Xero Expenses » click [Force Stop]

Clear Xero Expenses App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Xero Expenses » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Xero Expenses.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Xero Expenses » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Xero Expenses » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Xero Expenses
