I prefer accessing Maya both email or a phone number. Because there would be possible problems that person will experience (ex. losing/damaged their phone) and can’t use their phone number. They will resort on opening their paymaya app with a new phone but since they currently can’t since its only allowing a specific phone number. I do know that Maya is centered for smartphones which is having a faster access through information about your own budget and more but I do not feel that have other ways to “access” it since it is limited ONLY by an app and/or a smartphone. I hope it can expand not just by an app (probably an multiplatform online) and it would be helpful if a phone might be lost and all the savings of a person can be transferred somewhere else using different devices (either new account or to be saved temporary to a friend’s) to avoid further problems especially if that paymaya user does not have a physical card

Downloaded Maya kasi gcash keeps on crashing (gCrash.) I was able to set up an account and even upgraded smoothly. Now i can use my bank overseas to transact locally through my iPhone with out pulling out my credit cards. Parang PayPal siya. Hopefully more stores have paymaya payment options because it’s about time the Philippines goes paperless . Hopefully more services too accepts paymaya payments parang ba sa Japan, nag babayad sila duon gamit cellphone . Cheers to Maya developers .

Works well until there is an issue. I wanted to change the designated mobile number on my account (surely not an uncommon occurrence). No response, no phone call nothing. And then 9 days later an accusation that I was using multiple accounts and that I had to forgo whatever funds were in ‘one’ of my accounts to allow them to resolve. No transparency, no communication. Rubbish service. I will take my custom elsewhere. Pity? PayMaya has potential but until they understand timely customers responses and respect they are out of it

Changing number should just be a simple text or email confirmation. I just gave away my personal data to your awful customer service for them to not be able to do anything without me having to provide ridiculous requirements. Baka next time kailangan niyo na rin ng drug test? Deputa.
On top of that I tried calling your customer service hotline (I was instructed to do so after my first call to them) for 3 days on three separate occasions and no answer. Valid ID? Written Letter? Tas ieemail? Wait for 2 days. Tapos wala. Seryoso?
The rest of the world ay going to conventional means in handling stuff like this. kayo. baligtad.

In this trying and dangerous time of pandemic, it is so convenient (and safe!) to have Paymaya around to load cell phones, wifi, ipads; as well as pay bills without having to go out and expose oneself to the covid 19 virus :-)

Whats the point of having paymaya if you cant even put money inside? You did not only break one, but BOTH brands of credit cards. And you did it without telling us why it happened and when it would be fixed. Everything was so vague. I cant even get a personal answer from you, all scripted and robotic. Its been 2 weeks, people need to pay bills in this pandemic and youre not helping.

Stop hiding the cause. Its insulting.

We can look at the system and you can see that it the appearance is not distracting to look. The buttons are functioning well and minimally lags when I use it. Mahalaga kasi siya since hindi dapat mainterrupt yung pagamit mo tuwing may transaction ka.

Watta rubbish service ...i have a simple problem than cannot solve..i just cant log in and it keep saying that contact thru email or call hotline..i do both actually,in email theyre response and saying that someone from paymaya will contact u soon ,but until now no ones calling...then i call the hotline..all i heard is your bloody jingle..and it keep ringing until my load was gone..i dont know now how i call ur kind of service you are giving to us..👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Maya works perfect. I just hope there would be a search bar when you look to buy load. Would be easy to find. Just hard scrolling all the way down and when internet is slow, it loads slowly too. Thank you

I am using IOS it is so disappointing that the finger print option is gone specially i have a very complicated password. i hope there will be a switch bar for on and off in the settings menu of Maya because every time the fingerprint option disappears i need to remove Maya and re-install it again. This is very inconvenient. Please fix this issue with finger print option in IOS devices.

Having a issue while making a new account that Maya has no internet or to try again later. Which I do have internet and have tried again later and doesn’t work.

I remember the times where I need to go out of the house to load up for my online class. Then I also need to pay an extra 5 pesos kapag sa mga sari-sari stores. When I discovered PayMaya, hindi ko na kailangan magbayad ng extra, may bumabalik pa sa akin.

It used to work. It’s now telling me I have no internet connection every time I login. Every time it will ask for a password. Face ID login I tried to activate. Still asked me to login with a password. Ayusin nyo naman app nyo. Sayang lang ganda ng logo.

I can’t register you always have an error. No internet or slow even though my internet runs at 100mbps. At the same time you always tell me to do troubleshooting and i keep telling you that I already did it million times still you advise me to do the same thing all over again. Why can’t you just register me so I can start using your app

Maya works well enough except that it resets its settings every update. The point of Touch Login is so that you don’t have to think about entering your password. Every time Maya updates, it resets it to disabled so I have to re-enable it every time. Very, very annoying.

I tried to create an account using my phone with updated software but it keeps on saying ‘You have a slow internet connection’. My internet speed is at 60 Mbps. I tried it several time using different phones but still failed to create an account. Just wondering why a useless app is still in App Store.

Easy to navigate

I transferred exact amount for bills payment because paymaya did not show that there is an additional fee for paying the bill until the last window for payment. Now I fund transferred is insufficient for payment for the amount of 5 pesos and the minumum amount to add funds is 500 pesos. Very dissatisfied.

One star is the lowest if not I'll give zero, why? Because they can resolve a customer's problem. They keep on emailing me a certain method, documents to send, they even tell me they will call but the problem did not even resolve. They say it is already fixed but when you log in the problem still exist so trash customer support..

Paymaya is good on buying mobile credit online. Re-loading to buy load is hassle transaction. Transaction fees is absurd using a credit-card or debit card. Why don't you make it user friendly like g-cash.
