Changing number should just be a simple text or email confirmation. I just gave away my personal data to your awful customer service for them to not be able to do anything without me having to provide ridiculous requirements. Baka next time kailangan niyo na rin ng drug test? Deputa.
On top of that I tried calling your customer service hotline (I was instructed to do so after my first call to them) for 3 days on three separate occasions and no answer. Valid ID? Written Letter? Tas ieemail? Wait for 2 days. Tapos wala. Seryoso?
The rest of the world ay going to conventional means in handling stuff like this. kayo. baligtad.

Whats the point of having paymaya if you cant even put money inside? You did not only break one, but BOTH brands of credit cards. And you did it without telling us why it happened and when it would be fixed. Everything was so vague. I cant even get a personal answer from you, all scripted and robotic. Its been 2 weeks, people need to pay bills in this pandemic and youre not helping.
Stop hiding the cause. Its insulting.

Watta rubbish service ...i have a simple problem than cannot solve..i just cant log in and it keep saying that contact thru email or call hotline..i do both actually,in email theyre response and saying that someone from paymaya will contact u soon ,but until now no ones calling...then i call the hotline..all i heard is your bloody jingle..and it keep ringing until my load was gone..i dont know now how i call ur kind of service you are giving to us..👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
