I have not been able to get any work with this company using connectRN yet they keep me in their system as an ACTIVE employee and I know for a fact I am Clear and in great standing for employment ANYWHERE because I work with other REAL agencies CURRENTLY with no problem. This company never properly handles any of your concerns and instead just keep putting you through to different people in different departments just for them to not have to deal with you or answer your questions. The company also DOES NOT honor your 2 hour pay if you show up to a shift and the location cancel without notice no matter how far you travel from your home address so don’t allow them to feed you that lie either. The company truly is a scam and I want to be taken out of their system but they won’t remove me because they need these fake high numbers of employee to make it seem as though the company is thriving 🤦🏾‍♀️

So I literally just downloaded connectRN and was supposedly “hired” . However once I had logged into connectRN , the home page pops up but the icons do not work . It’s literally like a wallpaper on your phone screen . NOTHING WORKS! Which made me realize this was a scam ! They ask for all this information about you then want someone else to verity it’s you ?! No I don’t believe that . Please stay away from connectRN and get it removed ASAP !!! I will be following up with all companies to report connectRN and get an investigation going . Karma coming for you . Oh and zero stars .

connectRN is really annoying, well the features of connectRN . I had previously made an account so I could pick up shifts when available. I forgot my password so I tried to get a link sent to my email, it never goes through. I tried to make a new account with a new email and it said that the email was already subscribed. Since it said that I tried to receive an link via email and nothing. I just tried to call and it literally told me to press “3” and then it says that’s not an option.

This is extremely frustrating!

I appreciate the shifts that I have gotten but that’s not many. The company has lied to me. I applied to work in the hospital, I took the exams, did the modules, sent my credentials and still waiting since April 2023. They come up with stories about the delays. Then, there is an option for StatCash which allows you to get paid 24 hours after your shift. I signed up for StatCash in May 2023 , followed the directions and still haven’t received my money via StatCash yet. I’m not happy with how things have occurred

I really don’t understand this Agency it’s good if you wanna pick up shifts but if you have a Emergency or likely might need to cancel this isn’t the agency for you they will suspend u for 3 days without even knowing what’s going on . Here it is October 11 the facility is still contacting me to come in several times but connect rn has me suspended like if the facility is willing to work with me what is the agency even so hostile about I don’t get it been in this nursing field for 5+ years never seen something so dum you can’t have an emergency because you can’t cancel after 8 hours like that don’t even make any sense to me or to the facilities. Had in emergency the facility was willing to let me come in at a different shift but connect rn won’t like really !!!! After I referred 3 different ppl Nd I will be letting them know about this Agency !!!

I have been working for this app for about 8-9 months now. At first, I had no issues and every thing was great. But now I’m seeing why they have so many negative reviews. They only get back with you if they need something . Aren’t there to solve any issues or answer questions upon your arrival to a facility that is a hot mess. There’s been three instances now where I have emailed and tried to contact them multiple times and they just ignore me. Sit on hold forever and never get someone.
And to top it off, i have not got paid for a day that i worked. So I think this is the last straw with this app. So many other companies similar that value their employees and actually answer their questions.

I love working for this app. I love the flexibility and the abundance of facilities to chose from. Work as little or as much as you want. I love being able to set my own schedule, but I only gave them 4 stars because sometimes it’s difficult to get an answer from the on call text support.

I have been a Connector since I believe 2020. When my previous agency kept cancelling my shifts I switched over to this app. From the beginning they paid great and always had great perks. They even created their own social media platform where you are able to connect with other connectors from my current state and even others ! They give great tips and advice and encourage one another to be great!! Just clocked out from my night shift with them ! I love this company :)

Things I love about working for this app:
1) No minimum amount of shifts to work. This sets this company apart from the others and allows me to work around my primary job and school schedule!
2) connectRN is very easy to use! I can quickly schedule shifts, view my pay, and update information.
3) The rewards program! There are levels you earn as you complete shifts and you can earn scrubs and other gear. It’s a nice bonus in addition to already competitive pay!

I have been using the this app app for 2years now and so far so good, it’s been the best ever! Easy to navigate and shows information of various facilities, easy to apply for shifts and u can as well call out from shifts through connectRN . Shows number of shifts u worked, easy to upload documents, lovely features too. App undergoes updates from time to time so bear that in mind. Other than that, connectRN has been a breeze👍🏾

I was working full time at facilities and getting paid bare minimum for all the hard work that I was doing. Because being a GNA isn’t easy at all. Then I came across CRN and it has been one of the best decisions I have made yet. I have a more flexible schedule, and way better pay. I’m able to take on all the tasks in my life without feeling overwhelmed and frustrated because all my time is taken up at a job. I’m a wife and mother of 5 young children and now I have time for it all. Also with the pay I receive now I feel way more appreciated!! If you want better pay and more flexibility CRN is the route to take.

I like the this app app it’s easy to navigate. I like that to not only see the shifts but information about the facility as well.. I like that every thing about my shift rate is also already calculated for me. All my ways to contact this app is also on app.I don’t have to go outside app for any information about this app..I can update any information on my profile and can login to ADP to see my paystubs.. I personally enjoy using connectRN.

I love working with Connect. It has been my main source of income and it has been consistent. They have been professional and have resolved any issues that I have, whether it’s clocking in/out or a facility concern. I also love the fact they aren’t constantly emailing you and texting you daily asking you to pick up shifts! If you haven’t signed up now is the time! Come connect with us!

A couple of months after Covid started I couldn’t find a job. My bills wasn’t getting any cheaper. I was out 1 day and ran into former a coworker which referred me to connect rn and from then on Connect RN has connected me to so many jobs through out my community and I’m forever grateful. They also sent me a uniform as well as a hoodie so that when I go to work I can go to work in style. Thank you Connect RN

I’ve been working for this app for years, connectRN has grown and updated over the years. The interface is so user friendly. The layout is nice and easy to read. connectRN has everything that we need for our shifts and to see how we are being paid. I love that this app listens to its users and makes the necessary changes. I am happy to work for this company. ❤️

You can use connectRN to check in and out of shifts, and to search for open shifts. The company loves and value it’s employees so there is always updates being made to make it easier for you to pick a shift or update your address etc. connectRN is user friendly and very easy to navigate. Download connectRN and join this app. You’ll be happy you did.

I’ve been working exclusively through this app for almost 2 years. It gives me the pay I deserve, the flexibility anyone could dream of, and enables me to be a better mom by allowing me to be 100% in charge of my schedule. We have a wonderful support team, and a company who advocates for us to practice self care regularly. Would recommend to any nursing staff!

To be honest with you, I have been working with this app for the past Four months, and I love to work with them because, they are a great company to work with. They value their employees, and their pay rate is good. You can pick up the shift you want to work whenever you choose to, their app is easy to use. To the best of my knowledge, they are good in communicating to their employees, everything you need to know about the facility you are about to work with, is right there in connectRN . They are the best.

Having worked for many years in the various nursing departments, I have experienced all the tight schedules that come with being a nurse, and the little time nursing allows you to engage in other aspects of life. I almost called it quits until I joined this app. this app afforded me that work flexibility that I have been searching in nursing for more than a decade now. Today I can comfortably make my schedule, work at my discretion, find much time to vacate and spend with my family, while maintaining full time status on the job. All thanks to this app. I couldn’t ask for a better choice.

I’ve been using connectRN for almost 2 years!! This is the easiest app I’ve ever used to apply for shifts. It gives details on hourly wage plus and bonus or hazard pay. You can customize connectRN for your shift preferences. You can pick hours and days and connectRN will show all the shifts available. You don’t have to wait around and talk to someone. You request a shift and apply!! connectRN is wonderful!
