- When importing documents to Genius Scan, some of the information in the body of the document may disappear, making it difficult to sign and send back without realizing there's missing information.

- The app's UI is lazy, with the tool tray permanently placed at the bottom and unable to auto-hide or be moved, which can be inconvenient if the signature blank is located at the bottom of the page.

How to fix Genius Sign app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Genius Sign app on iPhone
Update Genius Sign app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Genius Sign iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Genius Sign on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Genius Sign network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Genius Sign Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Genius Sign not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Genius Sign App
1. On android, goto Settings » Genius Sign » click [Force Stop]

Update Genius Sign to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Genius Sign App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Genius Sign » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Genius Sign.

Fix Genius Sign unable to contact server/ Genius Sign internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Genius Sign » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Genius Sign » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Genius Sign
