Since this app took over Merchants it has been nothing but problems. Debit cards didn’t work for almost a week, then the chip in my brand new card stopped working, not to mention fees out of our business account that we were never notified about. I am in the process of switching banks. Merchants was a great bank!

It worked great for about a year. Now it crashes every time I try to make a mobile check deposit

Quick pay is never available, chat is offline, I can’t even find the routing number anywhere on Fidelity or desktop site. Did a password reset and they sent me a temp password with a character that you can’t even type. Basically can’t do anything besides look at your balance. Fidelity is decades behind other mobile banking solutions.

Sometimes does not allow you to login this app worker randomly changed my password which caused more problems end up just going to a different bank save yourself a hustle and go with a different bank.

I constantly have to reset my password. After a week or so it tells me it’s wrong and I have to reset again. Try to reset on Fidelity and it sends an email that never comes. After calling customers service like 12 times in a couple months I gave up. I might just close my account.

Worst app I’ve ever used. Couldn’t sign in so used the Forgot Password option. Still couldn’t log in with the temporary password. Finally changed my password from a desktop but Fidelity still wouldn’t recognize the new password. I had no problem logging in with the new password from a desktop computer. Also, their online banking is garbage.

Face ID hardly works: nothing shows up on home screen except option to enter password and clicking Face ID buttons asks you to reset password.

Constantly logged out for no reason.

Loading times are really long after logging in.

Everytime I log into to Fidelity, I am always greeted with a message telling me that my login credentials are wrong however I use Face ID. I have changed passwords multiple times yet I still run into the same issue. Please fix this.

Every time I open app I get an error message saying something went wrong. Click ok then have to click Face ID again and then it opens. Very frustrating!!

I really liked this app… when it works.. It seems like everyday they have “technical difficulties “ both on Fidelity and phone. So when I try to check my account it’s always down.

Fidelity is fairly good with some quirks. It’s useful no doubt, but recently the fingerprint Id stopped working forcing me to sign in with my long password every time anymore. Annoying.

Great to see a local community bank being innovative and keeping up with digital mobile trends. Fidelity is easy to use and provides me with exactly what I’m looking for when it comes to personal banking.

Pretty spectacular app that is simple and easy to use.

I go to the Greenridge branch. The employees there are the best and make it a pleasure just to walk in the door. Everyone is so courteous and helpful. Wouldn’t think about going anywhere else

Great experience for end user. As a mobile user of many services this new app is responsive and easy to navigate.

This works great! Call center also wonderful. Only downside, missing the good folks at the branch office.

Today is Sunday and with just using my app I am paying my bills, transferring money and reconcile my register! 👏Great too! Definitely recommend

Fidelity is really great! It allows me to do almost all my banking from my phone or iPad. The only time I have to actually go to the bank is to get cash or deposit cash. 😊
