How to fix Surge 2x app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Surge 2x app on iPhone
Update Surge 2x app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Surge 2x iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Surge 2x on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Surge 2x network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Surge 2x Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Surge 2x not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Surge 2x App
1. On android, goto Settings » Surge 2x » click [Force Stop]

Update Surge 2x to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Surge 2x App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Surge 2x » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Surge 2x.

Fix Surge 2x unable to contact server/ Surge 2x internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Surge 2x » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Surge 2x » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Surge 2x
