Your iPad app is absolutely trash

I can’t even log in! It directs me to log in again! This is garbage ad should be addressed!

No Notifications?? Seriously??

A HUGE part of being skilled as an IT professional is having a quick response to tickets. We in the IT industry rely heavily on our ticketing system letting us know the exact time a request for our help is sent.

Quite frankly, I would be embarrassed if I made a ticketing system that didn't properly notify its users. There is no logical reason why TeamworkDesk shouldn't have Push Notifications. Please fix.

Uninstalled.

Had to remove the updated app. If you click on a link inside a ticket it opens a web view that can’t be “backed” out of.

Not being able to search via a url structure is also annoying. The new ticket URL works (most times) but not the search one.

Sadly I’ve had to uninstall this.

Bad JSON message has locked me out of App

About two weeks after downloading TeamworkDesk , I started receiving a bad JSON message. I flagged it for support and they said they filed the bug.

Then a week after, TeamworkDesk hiccupped. And reverted to the login screen. I went to sign back in and it said it was authenticating and then nothing happened. If I put in the wrong password, I get an error message. But when I put in the right password it never actually logs in.

Not only that but when I try to access the website from my iPhone it tries to load the page but instead loads a white screen.

So the only place I can access tickets is from my desk — other than being alerted and responding through the email on my phone. 😕 Needs a lot of work.

Crashes

TeamworkDesk has been crashing for over a year. We pay 4500 per year for this product, but I think we are done with it. I can get a much better system for our money.

Almost no functionality of the desktop version

I can’t tag tickets, can’t merge tickets, can’t forward emails, can’t see when someone else is viewing same ticket/already replying, can’t UPLOAD ATTACHMENTS??

Crashing constantly

Post recent rebranding update app keeps crashing when attempting to view tickets. :(

Fan of Desktop Version - mobile misses essential features

Love TW Desk on desktop and hoped to be able to use TeamworkDesk on the go. However, in order to take care of tasks on the go and communicate with the team the 'mention' (@agent) function is essential. Otherwise the person won't be informed that I asked a question or asked if he or she can handle the task. Please add.

Love TWD but not a fan of the app

We use TWD all day every day and it’s a great companion to TWP. But I can’t say much about TeamworkDesk . I would love the ability to create tickets, do mentions, sort and filter better. Hopefully we will see more feature parity in the mobile apps soon.

No notifications

It does an alright job. But there is no notifications and no ability to change times. These are two improvements that would really help the user experience

Love! But no where to create a ticket.

I use this daily and the system has transformed my business. But, we get calls and I would like to be able to create a ticket from TeamworkDesk .

Perfect Extension of Desktop App

TeamworkDesk is the perfect way to quickly read, assign and respond to tickets. Excellent for on the go or working from home. Does what it advertises. Love it.

Notifications don’t work

Fan of Desktop version but the mobile app feels quite lacking. No notifications work... not even showing in the Notifications section of iOS.
