Can we get notifications?

I love using this for work but why doesn't ServiceDesk have notifications? It would be great to be notified when a new ticket arrives.

1 year since last update - and this?

We waited a whole year for a single update, and when it finally comes, all we get is a minor fix to the site visits? POOR.

Support it, or end it!!!!!!!!!
