We have multiple issues consistently with GD... once we logged into OUR account and different pest control company, one we don’t affiliate with was accessible from our desktop....
Several other issues but most currently - my tech can not add notes or materials - and when I try to access information through GorillaDesk it tells me my jobs can not be loaded. Making double work for my office staff. This is not efficient and we are not being heard either. Very frustrating.

Support team tries their best to help but they are limited with their support as its not them doing the work. Has to be pushed to a Development team and its not the fastest when major glitches happen. They fix one thing but will break another. Job security for Dev team? Good luck on getting owner (Chris) to reach out to you and stand behind his product now especially when the system is down on a Monday and your losing revenue from not being able to book new jobs or charge credit cards. At first he was responsive but has grown beyond and we are now just another account. Least they can do is credit your account with a free month when this major stuff happens. Downtimes are NOT announced and happen in the middle of your route during week days. We have lost data also! Was good at first (5 years ago) but this latest update has been very buggy and far from ready to release from Beta. Highly recommend shopping all field software before making any switches.

The software is awesome!
I’ve been using it for over a year. I had been looking for a long time to find something that would easily move from mobile device to tablet to computer and have most features available for all those things. When I started using the software it was a little bit limited administrative things on my iPad and iPhone but over time things got better and better. Updates have always move GorillaDesk forward and not backwards. I have not started using all of the benefits to this product but as far as scheduling billing and invoicing it is help me very much. I’m good at doing pest-control and I organizing.This is been a lifesaver.
There are a few things that I’d like to see and I would imagine are coming. One I’d like to be able to have some features available on my Apple Watch. Two I’d like to be able to incorporate my PayPal Here account.
Right now only stripe is available on GorillaDesk .

Gorilla Desk is the backbone to our pest control operations. GorillaDesk is very robust and updated frequently for improvements. Very handy out in the field. Look forward to CRM and other future tools.

This software is the way to go. Not only is it the best priced in the market, but so is the customer service. We have had demos with several companies and tried a couple of softwares and nothing comes close. 1) it’s so simple, training is a breeze 2) they are continuously updating to add more and more features to compete with software twice the price 3) no contract 4) rockstar customer service 5) no hidden fees 6) Chris the owner is the man and is very active in the company 7) the mascot is a Gorilla! How cool is that!
If you don’t believe me, try the software for free with their trial run (one of only companies that do that).

After starting my own company I looked at several other when I found this app, it makes scheduling, invoicing and customer notifications a breeze. They offer one training to help get you started but this is so easy to use and setup that we didn’t need it.

I’ve used a couple other pest control software before switching to this app in 2018, the software keeps getting better and easier to use and in my opinion is the best offering out there and it costs less to use. Try it, you won’t regret it.

As a growing business starting with a one man gig, this app is the best priced app. The features just keep on growing making it more easy to run my business. The customer service is unparalleled, Catherine is always their to ask my very detailed questions. Even with my business growing this app is growing with me, managing the information with real-time updates for over 700 contracts. GorillaDesk and desktop are very easy to use and is fully customizable to my every detail. I give this app 6 stars. Thank you Catherine.

I used SPCS software for years and it did what i needed it to do until, the ability to be mobile became a way of life. This (this app) software is light years ahead of SPCS and has literally taken my business to a new level. The tech support and ease of use (on the road) has taken my work week from 9 days to 3 days. The ability to charge customers, make changes to customer accounts, add customers and pretty much run my entire business from my phone, has made life easier. I love the new mobile app.

For years a looked for a software / app that w
as simple to use. My industry had only 3 software companies that specialized in my trade. They all had the same problems; all were too complexe, large learning curve, and too difficult to navigate. After trials and interviews they all sucked. For instances - in 2014 you could only open a companies program on a windows computer (not a Mac) and only on Internet Explorer (not Chrome).......crazy!
Finally! I found Gorilla Desk, the software is light, it's simple, and easy to navigate. For new company start ups or not so tech savvy individuals, Gorilla Desks setup process was sooo easy! My techs had a easy time understanding the system. I can pull a clients history, schedule anywhere. It's great for a one man company who is always on the go.

I researched several other products prior to making my decision and several things really stood out for me was that Gorilla Desks system was very user friendly. The other products seemed to be very confusing and bored me just in the demo sections. The customized tutorial videos on how to use GD was very detailed and did not over explain the product. As a small business owner I understand growth and having a company such as Gorilla Desk on board is a huge benefit.
I highly recommend this product.
