Just downloaded this to use for cold calling and existing customers and accounts in my contact list on my iPhone 7+. While everything could be downloaded.....didn't show even one contact on the map which is how I look at everything. I wish I could find something that worked properly and didn't merge all Dave's or Kelly's into one contact like the last app I had.
Does not support deep linking

ZendeskSell has no deep linking, which would be livable if I could open the web version of Base on my phone. However, I cannot. When I sign into Base from mobile safari it asks whether I want to open ZendeskSell . If I say no, it takes me to a blank page. If I say yes, nothing happens.
I have contacted Base repeatedly about this over many months and the issue goes unresolved.
Unfortunately because I cannot open Base links on my phone at all, I’m forced to find everything through search, making it nearly impractical even to use ZendeskSell for daily to day use.

ZendeskSell used to be very user-friendly, effective and efficient at managing the pipeline when it was Base. Never had an issue and customer service was fast, very helpful, effective and efficient. I noticed since it became Zendesk Sell, it’s become labor-intensive and inefficient using it, even to do something so simple as adding a note or an appointment to a lead. ZendeskSell keeps reverting back to old information when a change is made and the call logs, which are supposed to be automatic, only log automatically about 50% of the time; the remainder of the time I have to log calls manually. Additionally, ZendeskSell keeps freezing. I have brought all this to the attention of service, have gone back and forth trying to resolve the issue with them a series of times, and the best answer I’ve gotten so far is basically that they’ll get to it. That was months ago and the issues are still there. I have logged out and back in, deleted and added ZendeskSell again multiple times over the last few months and the issues remain.
Easy to use but frustrating limitations

Overall ZendeskSell is pretty slick and easy to use. Our main frustrations are in ZD Sell’s limitations like the fact that you can only have one sales pipeline (unless you upgrade to Enterprise and then you only get...2!?!?). This makes it annoying to organize different types of leads, you must use tags or custom fields and then filter, and you can’t have different stage names. Disorganized mess! Comparing to pipedrive, who allows you to add multiple pipelines and customize each one, this is very silly. It wouldn’t cost you anything extra to remove these arbitrary limits, since it’s just extra rows in your database. Another frustrating limitation is that you can only connect one email account. If you are working with VIP clients who happen to have your personal email address which is common in the creative industry I’m in, you wouldn’t be able to connect that account and pull in those emails to ZD Sell. It will only sync emails from one email account. Hope they will consider addressing some of these things which users have been complaining about for years.
I can't stress how helpful ZendeskSell is helping me keep track of my customer base. I'm not the greatest at following up, but this definitely helps.
Some ideas for improvements: • Some customizable options when it comes to the lead Source would be helpful, especially when using the aggregate to determine which sources are more or less lucrative than others. • And the ability to list/track my commission earned on each sale, as my commission fluctuates with each sale depending on whether or not I sell over or under par.

Great CRM application to keep track of your business customer tasks, notes , contacts and documents. Where it fails miserably is in support , ability to plan stops, customize desktop and your work flow. I.E. turn off things like Leads and pipeline. They do nothing but clutter you screen when you don't use them. Great program but the lack of live technical support and clumsy backend for integrating with iPhone contacts has me looking for alternatives.

Great app! Since the update, my deals aren’t copying over. I create the deal, it seems as if it goes through, but then I have to delete and create again so it shows up in my deals tab and my total sales

So, don’t write reviews, but felt compelled while waiting for my food- Zendesk (formerly Base) has guided our small cleaning company for many years. Love the ease and uniformity. Several different paths to navigate you thru the process of processing your clients. Customization is also huge for us and they make it easy. We are a very small company, but with this platform I believe we look larger. The cost is kinda a bargain, and the support is really good too. I need customer data storage (with pics), a pipeline, and read receipts so I know my customers are receiving my communication. They got all that and a bunch more.
Without going into details with the whole story, I was highly and positively surprised by the quality of their customer service: helpful, respectful and prompt.

We have been using the ZenDesk Sell app for a couple of years now. It keeps getting better. It has become the central hub that keeps us coordinate, manages all our tasks, runs our sales reports, automated sales processes, etc.
I’ve used Zoho, freshsales, Pipedrive... nothing comes close to Base (zendesk sell) I absolutely love the web platform as well as ZendeskSell . Never miss a call or text from a client even when I’m on the go and I can’t stress on how important it is to never miss a notification and ZendeskSell delivers all the way. Thanks Zendesk!

We had been 10 year users of Hubspot and recently went over to Keap. Wonky at best. Zendesk was the premium experience we were searching for. Very few things they could do better, would be happy to give feedback to the product team - but overall very good.

Zendesk Sell is a great CRM. It has enabled our small agency to leverage technology that enables us to be 100% competitive without missing a beat. Their customer service is quick/fast and efficient, and their platform is intuitive. If you’re looking for a package that can give you that one up...this will do it. I would recommend this CRM to any small/mid sized company looking to move away from the dreaded spreadsheet.
Been using ZendeskSell since Base CRM days.. Only good things to say about ZendeskSell. It keeps me organized for my appointments. It integrates with my phone as a caller ID and with Maps that give directions to my appointments... The task feature is a life saver. I just set it and forget it....👌🏽
