- Push notifications can be enabled for tech/admin users in the SaaS version

Edit: for push notifications to work you have to enable “Enable new ticket notifications for tech/admin” under user/tech settings. It’s per user setting. Only works for SaaS version. Also you can’t enable just push and no emails. Changed my rating to 4 stars. It does everything what I need. Push notifications work only if a ticket is created via webapp. If a ticket is created via email, notifications don’t work. Ticket with a Jitbit support about this issue has been already opened (a year ago?). Will update a review once this is fixed.

I love Jitbit, but the inability to add new people or cc them on tickets from JitbitHelpdesk is devastating.

Simply put, JitbitHelpdesk is terrible. The functionality offered through JitbitHelpdesk vs. the website is extremely limited. I’m rarely able to successfully navigate a ticket via the mobile app. This place s one of those cases where having no mobile app would be better than the current offering.

There’s really no excuse that JitbitHelpdesk runs this poorly. The product is supposedly for professional services. I constantly have to restart JitbitHelpdesk to create and respond to tickets, there are missed notifications and I cannot select several categories at once when setting filters. With all the amazing apps out there performing complicated tasks semi-flawlessly, this is purely lack of effort.

Push notifications? No way.
Consistently stay logged in? Forget about it.
Ability to navigate? Dream on!
It is truly a shame as their web product is amazing. I test drove JitbitHelpdesk for a day and wanted to scream. Pay some unemployed developer to get your app up to speed with your core product.

JitbitHelpdesk wants me to put my Google password into JitbitHelpdesk . JitbitHelpdesk should ask me to trust it with that.
The underlying problem is JitbitHelpdesk is just a really bad web browser hosting the jitbit website. It downer even support notifications. Better to pull JitbitHelpdesk and let users know to save a bookmark.

Sadly, many of the features on the desktop aren't available on JitbitHelpdesk making JitbitHelpdesk barely worth it. The interface is clean so if they could increase the usability I think it'd be a great app.

You may as well just use the web version getting JitbitHelpdesk is a waist of time and won’t load 90% of the time. Even if it does it’s hit and miss on having to close out and relaunch in order to respond to a trouble ticket.

JitbitHelpdesk does the job but seems to now hang on me after 5 mins use. Only fix is to close app from memory and restart.

Lacks almost all useful functionality. Very disappointed as a paid subscription customer. Hope they fix this soon.

You have failed to appropriately fix the biggest issue. JitbitHelpdesk does not hold your credentials but for 5 hours maybe less

Amazing desktop app but it does not hold water on the iOS app. I wouldn't be opposed to pay for JitbitHelpdesk if the functionality is improved. I cannot search for a ticket. The filtering that is available on the desktop should be available here by category. The ability to have a dashboard that shows metrics would be fantastic.
It is a working tool and I am happy about that but there is still a lot to be had.
