Works amazing in itaim and México
This app works amazing in Sao Paulo, and other the large cities where I have try them. In small cities like Cartagena the supermarket service can improve a lot in selection. Normally the service is a life saver. I use it daily to order from restaurants, order groceries and medicines. But the thing that made me a fan is that I can order cash on demand. (Although not allowed after 10pm, that needs to improve). If you are in one of the large cities of LatAm this app is a must.

Better than Instacart!!! This is insane
Being a chile for a bit, set up the account super quick and the shoppers are amazing, delivery is superb and the customer support is not only automated but also proactive and not reactive. Great UX and UI design. Only one suggestion would be to have a instant check of items not available or also check other surrounding stores for the items that are on the shopping list! Great work ladies and gents!

Life saver from start BUT needs to keep getting better
I’m a Diamond User that have been using this app for groceries, deliveries, pickups, everything I can do using this app, I do! Avoid traffic, save time and enjoy the cash back offers that are great. Downsize: app has been improving but still crashes a lot! Also when it’s on, my phone heats too much and battery drains out - I use an iPhone XS Max btw. The other major downside is the human factor: the shoppers that get the wrong products or don’t pay attention to what’s supposed to be done. Aside those, of you are not in the Diamond Level, support is painful! Please keep improving. Love you and pay my Orime membership happily!
