AMAZING Customer Service
Well, I don’t write reviews often at all. But I have to this time, after a year of using this app - solely because I’ve never, in my entire life, received better customer service...! I reported one issue (after an update) that was a big deal in my eyes; but learned soon later that it wasn’t as big of an issue as I thought - it was probably only MY issue at that point. I knew there was no chance of resolving an issue that small and particular, that only one person was experiencing.. But instead of informing me kindly that there wasn’t much they could do about it, the person I spoke with (a developer) downloaded a completely different app (that I had on my phone) to make it compatible with their app again, as it did prior to the update. For me. I doubt anyone else uses that app with this app, yet they did that solely for ME! Wow! That is ABOVE AND BEYOND in my eyes! I still can hardly believe it.. So now you see why I felt the need to write this review.. I have always loved this app. It’s always been amazing, and continually getting better and better with each update. And now, due to this one experience that I’ve had with their CS recently, I am in awe! So if anyone’s debating getting this app, GO FOR IT! You won’t regret it at all! The best
If you are looking for shared email capabilities, this app is great, if you are looking for way more than that, this app is even better. I have been using it for at least 4 years, and would hate to try and run our team without it at this point.

Love this
Makes us so much more efficient as a team, love the app. We did a lot of research on how to best handle emails and communication as a team and this is awesome. Fully functional and fast. Works great on desktop and iPhone. Keep up the great work!
