Well, I don’t write reviews often at all. But I have to this time, after a year of using FrontApp - solely because I’ve never, in my entire life, received better customer service...!
I reported one issue (after an update) that was a big deal in my eyes; but learned soon later that it wasn’t as big of an issue as I thought - it was probably only MY issue at that point. I knew there was no chance of resolving an issue that small and particular, that only one person was experiencing.. But instead of informing me kindly that there wasn’t much they could do about it, the person I spoke with (a developer) downloaded a completely different app (that I had on my phone) to make it compatible with their app again, as it did prior to the update. For me. I doubt anyone else uses that app with FrontApp, yet they did that solely for ME! Wow! That is ABOVE AND BEYOND in my eyes! I still can hardly believe it..
So now you see why I felt the need to write this review.. I have always loved FrontApp. It’s always been amazing, and continually getting better and better with each update. And now, due to this one experience that I’ve had with their CS recently, I am in awe! So if anyone’s debating getting FrontApp, GO FOR IT! You won’t regret it at all!
