App still won’t save log in info and after iOS 12 update StansberryResearch won’t let me log in. The cursor is on the right side of the text boxes and when I type nothing appears. App appears dead in the water until an update is applied.

Love that there is finally an app and access to the subscriptions is easy to access. However, like another reviewer mentioned back in March 2017, StansberryResearch doesn’t auto size or allow scrolling when accessing any report. That means 20% of what I’m trying to read is off the screen! Please fix. iOS is up to date and on an IPhone 8.
Login doesn't support Touch ID, or pasting of values, and is temperamental. But the biggest issue is that the content we pay for is not readable since the screen doesn't allow scrolling left to right, or resizing/shrinking, and the text goes well beyond the right border. My iOS is up to date and phone is 6s.
I’ve used StansberryResearch for quite some time but recently it will not respond. After removing it, StansberryResearch will not re-install because it is OPEN in StansberryResearch store. Needs work. A lot of work.
also forgets password all the time. They are not able to keep up with Apple updates.
You are better off using the browser!
The company and research is top notch but cannot log in. It is frustrating that I need to log in through a browser when I want to read the articles.
I am an Alliance member and want so bad to have an app that makes it easier to consume SR on mobile with out using a browser but this isn’t it.
The pages don’t auto size to the width of the device so 20% if the text is cut off, making the content illegible.
Useless unusable app. Constantly refreshes and when it’s, randomly, not refreshing, a quarter of the text is off screen with no way to pull it in. Stansberry knows most of his subscribers read his content online so why such a terrible app given his commitment to excellence? I thought the problems were related to my old iPhone. NOPE! New iPhone X, same dog of an app.
Had to remove and replace app several times, now I can’t even sign in. It’s been useless for over 6 months now.
For the last month have not been able to access. Reset devices, made sure software was updated, Freed up space and deleted app and Downloaded again. Still no access, doesn’t even open up to log-in page, just cranks. I can get into site via Safari but frankly preferred StansberryResearch . Contacted support who indicated nothing wrong with StansberryResearch did everything they suggested but still no access.
I like the work that Stansberry folks do. I was hoping StansberryResearch would sync seamlessly with my iPhone and give an alert every time there was a new article or trade idea but it does not. Another user has stated login issue - not sure why, once launched, one has to log in frequently. Of late, StansberryResearch just does not launch despite deleting and reinstalling it. It has a lot of potential but app developers are not realizing it.
The alert notifications keep disabling themselves and not sending. Please fix.
I wrote this years ago. Push is still a major issue with the other app being retired…
Notifications on the flagship app have not worked for 2-3 years. 10 stock trader notifications work without issue.
Impossible to read because it jumps constantly (refreshing??)
I’m an Alliance Member so I’ve spent quite a bit of money with Stansberry. Their subscription information is great but StansberryResearch is not. Every so often I get logged out and have to log back in which is ok, I understand that. But EVERY time I log back in, all my notifications and favorites are gone. I’ve reported this before and it’s still broken as of Apr 2020. This should not be that hard to fix.
Get notified about new stories but can’t get them on StansberryResearch .
Great app but needs to add feature to download to iBook for offline reading.
I am an Alliance member and StansberryResearch is great for the volume of content I see on a daily basis. 2 things would change my rating to 5 stars:
- push notifications don’t go to the article if already in StansberryResearch . If I have multiple push notifications and am already reading an article, they don’t open up the next article, I have to close StansberryResearch to navigate using the push notifications
- please make email link notifications open StansberryResearch instead of a mobile web browser.

I’d been wondering for years why you guys hadn’t produced an app to make it more convenient to keep up on our investment news without all the distracting ads - now we have it! I absolutely love StansberryResearch and content, especially with the daily Newswire updates in the same app! It is now my go-to app for nearly all my economic news. Thank you!
StansberryResearch is finally working as it should. There’s no need to log in from the web browser anymore. Thanks for finally fixing it!!
I reviewed this unfavorably some time ago because StansberryResearch had stopped working completely. S&A update StansberryResearch and now it works great once again. Much appreciated, I still prefer this interface above the alternatives.
