Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Muvi X-Drone app issues:

Force Stop the Muvi X-Drone App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Muvi X-Drone app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Muvi X-Drone to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Muvi X-Drone App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Muvi X-Drone app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Muvi X-Drone.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
