Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the Flex IPTV App
1. On android, goto Settings » Flex IPTV » click [Force Stop]

Update Flex IPTV to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Flex IPTV App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Flex IPTV » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Flex IPTV.

Fix Flex IPTV unable to contact server/ Flex IPTV internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Flex IPTV » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Flex IPTV » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
