1 year agoI am tired of reading your flyers, choosing my buyin choices, going to the store only to find out the items are either not there or sold out. Especially BOGO items. My last visit I chose 9 items. Only to find 1 in the store. My time is valuable and traveling to the store in my area, to find unavailable items is unacceptable. Also, can hardly get down narrow isles with employees sticking shelves. Publix will be my EXCLUSIVE store from Now on!

2 years agoWinn-Dixie app is not working. It keeps shutting down. I have the icon on my phone that is useless. What is going on. I have used it for years. I don't want to stop shopping at WD. Please fix app!!

2 years agoI had 22X mystery bonus points when I went in store when I got to check out the 22x points had disappeared & they were good until end of day on 8/14 spent $42.48. I went in yesterday 8/31 & had 30X bonus mystery points before I went in store again when I got to checkout it was no longer there

2 years agoAt the 5410 Murrell Road, Viera, Florida store I am being waited on at Customer Service. While I am being waited on another WD worker engaged my Customer Service worker in a conversation which distracted the employee from finishing up my transaction. 1 minute later another WD worker did the same thing which further distracted the employee taking care of me. Not only is this rude, it's unprofessional. Provide them with more training.

2 years agoMy card has not recognized ANY of my points on my last 2 purchases in last 2 weeks, which had 20x & 15x points as Mystery Bonus, respectively. Neither trip gave me any points, not even Base Points. The totals were $103 on 6/18/21 & $122.53 on 6/25/21. I can’t get anyone to answer my questions with the customer service number I have. They only say I must see the CS Mgr at my store where I made the purchase. The store is mystified ss to why I’d be turned to them for assistance. I’m disabled, I’m tired of running

2 years agoWhen I used my Winn Dixie app on my last two visits -- the points I supposedly earned did not populate. I purchased two packages of plant based meat balls for which I should have received 800 points. I did not receive ANY points on this visit. I will not be purchasing any more products for which I am supposed to receive extra points if I purchase them. I sometime purchase products that I otherwise would not have purchased in order to earn the extra points. This will not happen again until I start seeing the points I earn actually being added to my Winn Dixie wallet.

3 years agoThe Winn Dixie app keeps shutting down. I uninstalled and reinstalled. I am not having trouble with anything else on my phone. This happened awhile back and I am starting to get frustrated. Please fix it.

Disappointed
I’ve had this app for years with no issues . Now I can’t get it to open. Crash is not the word I’d use. It just don’t work! Whatever you did to this app now it just starts to open the red check mark comes up for a fraction of a second and then it just closes out . Oh it’s still there behind the scenes but if I bring it to the front it removes itself again over and over. I deleted it and got a new copy it continues to do the same thing . I’ve check all the setting in the app and on my phone nothing is doing this but the app. Please fix this as I lose all the things that give me reason to shop at win Dixie it not the closest of stores to go too. But the app save me money, without it I get no bonus points or see the coupons or adds. Fix it please!

Does Not Work
Asks for email address and password, then takes you to a screen to create a password. I tried using the password entered on the previous screen as well as a new password and nothing happens when you click submit. And no, I do not want to call some number and speak to customer service, I am just trying to get my elderly mother logged in so she can claim her rewards she gets emails about - they don’t seem to work either. You click “activate offer” in the email and it takes you to her account, but the offers never appear anywhere. If the app design is so convoluted that it requires someone to call customer service, just to get logged in, then there is a major flaw that needs fo be addressed. I am not a technology challenged senior citizen either.

Problems with account set up and access!
I’m a new customer and new rewards member. I signed up in store and wanted to register per the app. I haven’t been able to log in or set up an account for weeks. I keep getting an error message at the end of the set up process. I’ve also tried to register on the Winn Dixie site from my phone. The site did not recognize my information although I signed up in store. I tried setting up a new account, but it would never finish registering. I hope the problem(s) get fixed soon. It would be nice to view my account and actually reap the benefits of being a member.
