Hikam app when opening on an android opens and immediately crashes.

Common dislikes about HiKam app

- No sensitivity to motion sensor

- Remote live feed only plays a few seconds

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent HiKam app issues:

Force Stop the HiKam App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click HiKam app. » click "Force Stop".

Update HiKam to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HiKam App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "HiKam app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch HiKam.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
