Crap app is crap
What a piece of crap app this is. Everything about it is crap. It uses “accounts” that must be unique per device/phone. It can’t talk to cameras by IP, only by the nickname of a camera that has internet access. Useless if you keep your cameras secure by not allowing them Internet access

This app and the camera are not at all working. !!!

Can’t login
We bought this camera and downloaded the app for set up. After following the instructions for the password, all it said was password format error multiple times. Both of us tried multiple options and followed specifications each time to no avail. Disappointing to not even be able to complete set up. Update: Upon downloading the update, I could complete set up and login. Works fine now!
