Why I can’t no longer share my test results with the Apple Health App ?? I like to way the health app shows the test results on one page instead of opening a bunch of tabs ... This is not good !!!

This is without a doubt the worst app I have ever come across! It really deserves a zero rating. First off it’s not mobile friendly. When I spoke to the IT desk they said oh you have to use a laptop. What good is that if you’re not home? Honestly, whoever created HMHWell needs to go back to school. Useless!MC5

HMHWell no longer works for me. I’ve deleted and reloaded still nothing. I rely heavily on it on the phone and now it’s gone. I would have given it 5 stars when I could access it. Now I can’t so it’s useless. It forces you to give 1 star but it’s actually 0 stars as it doesn’t work

I cannot see into my daughter’s account, HMHWell crashes and I can’t even log in.
I can’t see her appointments when I login from the computer. And I cannot get a hold of anyone.

Can’t even create account to review it. You would think having to do with medicine and life this would be more professional

Does not deserve 1 star!! No APP developer talked to a user. Can not do simple comparisons of past test results on one page screen of phone. (In order to LOOK at the screen from phone screen Or just LOOK at it! ) Standard lab results not on same page with results for comparison. Therefore, using your phone to search lab results and is Useless. Now, I ask my provider to print out all my results every appt, but my CMP is delayed to next appointment!! Any good part of new APP is ruined by destroying the simple great features of previous software package. Calling information phone nbr is useless because customer service only helps you sign up, they have no knowledge of how software works. The person who bought this software should be fired.

I didn’t realize the HMHWell was changed. I go in to check my 7 month olds history and future appointment and I have no clue where his info is at. It can only be seen on the website and I had to search for it. I called the customer care # provided for help and the man Joey has no knowledge of what to do. He’s telling me I have to speak with someone else. Why would HMHWell have this # for assistance if it’s not going to be provided. I am so upset, HMHWell is suppose to be an easier way to get info and it is not. Please bring old app back it was so useful this new one isn’t.

HMHWell is terrible ... never remembers sign in info, not sized correctly for an iphone, and information obtained after resetting your password in never current.

I have been trying to reset my password but I don’t receive anything in my email. I emailed for help but no one emailed me back regarding the issue. I provided my phone number and all the information. I need access to my medical files and blood results. HMHWell just doesn’t work and terrible

I keep getting “ terms and conditions could not be loaded”. I call the helpdesk. They say “sometimes HMHWell doesn’t work”. I ask if it ever works? They say “don’t use HMHWell ”

I don’t quite understand how at first I was able to view my test results on HMHWell , but now I get a message that says I have a new test result but went I go to check it out on HMHWell . It tells me to go check “the website” ( whatever that is) for your results. So why have HMHWell when it doesn’t give you the information.

Tried to sign on several times. Claiming no connection to server. Not true. I am connected. Then I got a message they were sending password. The screen came up with just numbers. Couldn’t enter password as the password had letters. The old app was great this one horrible

I am not able to get in HMHWell . It keeps giving me an error. Please fix it.

Please fix it ASAP

HMHWell is an absolute dumpster fire. Constantly crashes, information keeps getting deleted, when trying to complete forms it sends you to the website and signs you back out.
No point in downloading HMHWell if it forces you to go to the website anyway

I find it easy, it’s got all my tests and med and I can cancel or make Dr appointments. I think it’s great

HMHWell includes a number of features I have not seen in other hospital apps. It has a clean design that makes it easy and intuitive to use.

Very convenient and all my info is in one place. The map hospitals and urgent care locations closest to my location are handy too. I’ll be adding my wife and daughter to this so I can view their medical records too.

Excellent service

I needed to find an urgent care that was open today and found one with a short wait time!

Can you please fix this its effecting me on IOS 10.3.3
